We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Valencia. The room was generous in size, one of the biggest we've stayed in Europe. The buffet breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh fruit, cooked breakfast options and traditional Spanish breakfast spread. One of my favourite stays during our Spain trip. The only negative was that the beer tap wasn't working at the rooftop bar so we were unable to enjoy a drink up there.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, with everything close by, but the best part was the staff in the reception, Alvaro and Mark was the most helpful, friendly and charismatic. Thank you!

Great Hotel location in centre of Valencia and not far from main train station. Shower door leaked water onto bathroom floor, worn out carpets outside lifts need replacing, no smart TV operating instructions. Minbar fridge did not work to keep things cold.

Lovely hotel in an excellent position to access all major sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless and in immaculate condition. Nothing to dislike

Excellent breakfast Only one towelling robe in room. Cleaner kept removing our card from the electrics so every time got back to our room it was boiling hot and took ages for a/c to cool the room.

Great location . Large rooms . Easy to adjust temperature to suit. All was good . I have only one grievance. The room had a kettle and coffee machine . We booked for 3 nights and like to make tea however you get 2 teabags and 2 milk sachet for all 3 nights . If you want more you must buy. I would have expected this simple supply to be daily , after all it was a 3 night booking ☺️
