Very conveniently located. Right at the main plaza. Walking distance to everything. Easy entry and check in /check out. Small room for two people with suitcases etc.

The location was great. Central, close to the airport by public transport, surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet, the AC was efficient and also quiet. The automatic checkin process is tedious. If you make a mistake on the online form there is no way to correct it, you have to call the reception. Even though they offer lockers to drop off your luggage before checkin you have tomcall reception to access them. The hot water takes a minute or two to arrive.

I’d say this hotel is probably better suited to younger travelers or those who don’t spend much time in the room. That said, there were plenty of positives. The location is excellent, the family room was surprisingly large and spacious, the view was great but definitely got lucky, some rooms have no view you can tell, and everything was very clean. The overall design and aesthetic of the hotel are modern and well done. Needs something to stop the doors from slamming. Overall, I would recommend Nalu Boutique Hotel if noise isn’t a priority for you. We enjoyed the location and it worked well for our two-night stay, where maximizing sleep wasn’t our main concern. However, if you’re a light sleeper or planning a longer stay, the soundproofing could significantly impact your experience. I was honestly surprised that noise wasn’t mentioned more often in the reviews, because it was by far the biggest issue during our stay. One night, a group returned around 3:00 a.m. and we could hear their conversation almost word for word for nearly an hour. In the mornings, the room doors slam loudly, and it genuinely sounded like people were inside our room. The first time it happened, we actually got up to check because we were so convinced someone had entered. The walls and doors seem to provide very little sound insulation, and installing soft-close door mechanisms would make a huge difference. The check-in process was also frustrating. We completed everything online before arriving, only to have to repeat much of the process again at the entrance. If the hotel is going to operate without a traditional reception desk, the technology and self-check-in experience should be much more streamlined. The ground floor where you enter is also sort of dark and uninviting, not a huge issue but again maybe suited to a younger crowd who doesn’t mind.

We stayed at this hotel for [X nights] and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent – super central, within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The room itself was great too: modern, clean, spacious enough, and very comfortable bed. Good lighting, nice bathroom, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the space and design. The only significant downside was the noise insulation. You could hear a lot of voices, conversations, footsteps, and general noise from neighboring rooms quite clearly at night.

Beautiful & super clean room in the heart of Valencia!

The location is great No reception and it took a while to enter details in terminal. I also had the impression that I stay in a cell room.

The floor was not as clean as we’d expected. The refrigerator did not work, my food got spoiled.

I travelled with my 12 year old son who is in a wheelchair & we needed something suitable and within our budget. The access & everything was perfect, we actually met another woman there in a larger electric wheelchair so it was nice to see we weren't the only ones. Because we were on the go all day I wasn't particular about the room or facilities but it was more than enough for us. Once you close the windows you can't hear anything & it is lovely to people watch from where you are. You couldn't find a more perfect location and it is reasonably in price. If your looking for a place to stay that is central, reasonable, modern & clean this is perfect. I would 100% return here. A lot had mentioned about check in, but its simple enough. Just put your bags down and give yourself five minutes to do it without getting stressed.

Excellent location and very clean room. The lobby also includes a water dispenser, and it has lockers where you can store your bags after checkout. Room also includes a safe, fridge and coffee machine. The check in process was a bit complicated (our online check in form hadn’t gone through for some reason). But after contacting the staff they were able to help.

Everything! Location perfect. Rooms lovely and clean. Modern and comfortable. Great value. Nothing!

Location Dark, place was small.

It’s super well located. Staff is really friendly when you require them and the place is very clean. Definitelywill go back there I liked everything
