They tried to give me a smaller room then I paid for. Even the Single double bed room is very small with a window into the house itself and very dated. Rooms like this should be priced 50% less, saying it as somebody who traveled around whole Spain.

Very central location, right behind city hall. Convenient for walking to main sites and close to transport options. Nice room, clean and comfortable with functioning quiet AC. Good breakfast choices. In our room the showerhead holder was broken, making showering process a bit awkward. This small maintenance item should be a quick and easy fix.

Excellent location, fair price, all you need for a city trip, even including a simple breakfast.

We could smell the smoke from people smoking in the building.

Perfect location, in the center of the old town, near restaurants for different budgets, stores, railway station. People there are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend for a few days stay. The pillows are too hard. :)

The walls are paper thin. I brought earplugs, but still could hear people talking as if they were in the same room with me. The breakfasts absolutely horrendous.

The hotel location is amazing, the hotel staff is very friendly especially “Yamo” hopefully the name is correct is the guy at the front office desk. He was all the time helpful and friendly.

Our room had a window facing the inside of the building, which meant absolutely no daylight and no fresh air. You couldn’t even tell if it was day or night – it felt like staying in a box. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast: just bread, butter, and the cheapest marmalade imaginable. No eggs, no ham, no cheese – nothing that would qualify as a proper hotel breakfast. For the price and reputation, we expected at least some basic variety. Great location, but sadly the experience inside the hotel was far from satisfying.

Location was convenient and room for a single guest was decent. I liked the musical theme of the Hotel and the old LP records and instruments in Lobby. Very noisy area throughout day and night. Terrible sewage smell in toilet/bathroom in room 406. Every time another toilet was flushed, there were bubbling sounds in my toilet. I was told I had to leave room key Every time I left the hotel . When I asked why, the front desk said the key belonged to the hotel...and because there is onlyONE key foreach room....man threatened to call the Police when I asked to see the Key Policy. He did call someone .....but because I was an English speaking guest, I did not want any trouble with Police. .I left my key, but was very uncomfortable and felt his behavior was aggressive and unreasonable. PLEASE HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS ALL GUESTS MUST LEAVE KEYS WITH FRONT DESK EVERY TIME THEY LEAVE HOTEL. For the 6 days I was there, I avoided any conversation with that particular man. The younger staff were pleasant and courteous whenever I came or left. I hope my experience was not typical...I really liked the concept of the Hotel.
