Art&Flats Hostel

My stay at Art&Flats Hostel was completely unacceptable. The rooms and common areas were filthy, showing a severe lack of basic cleaning and hygiene.To make matters worse, I had to fight for a refund for a long time. Management repeatedly delayed and ignored my requests, dragging out the process for weeks instead of resolving it professionally. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Location Upon arrival the host explained that the AC was not working. This was in June when the room was very warm. We stayed for 4 nights and he mentioned that someone would come on the 3rd day to fix the AC and no one ever came. My family which includes 2 small children had to sleep in the heat every night. The host did not offer a discount or to change the room to a room with an AC. I wouldn't stay again.

The facilities were super clean, the staff and the guests were exceedingly helpful. I loved this location and everything about this sweet hostel. The decor was modern and artistic, my room was perfect. This visit encouraged me to continue to seek out hostels when I travel because it served my needs perfectly. I wish I had had more awareness of how to get into the outer door, I think I missed the memo on those instructions. I would've LOVED if the breakfast set up had included some black tea bags.

Nothing Everything

The location was good and the kitchen was ok for those that want to cook. They could use some clean / new pans, but that is an issue at most hostels where guests don't clean things properly. I paid for a private room, but the wifi did not work in my work. They claimed there were no issues with the wifi and it must be a problem with my phone, laptop and tablet. They said no one else complained, but when I talked to 3 other people, they confirmed the wifi in their rooms was either very poor or non-existent. Hostel staff suggested I could just work in the common areas if I needed wifi, which, despite paying extra for a private room, was forced to do for 5 days. The common areas are not very comfortable and are warm in summer.

Friendly staff and clean. Spacious kitchen where people come together :) It's generally dark in the house, so not so good to hang out there for work. Some annoying guest was around but the staff did what they could to help.

I had an amazing stay. The room was very spacious and the accommodation is in a very central location. All the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly and always available. All areas are kept very clean. I recommend it very highly.

Central location, good facilities, very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, got bitten by mosquitoes the two nights.
