Hotel Plaza View

The location was excellent, close to the old town, and the shopping area, and lots of restaurants close by. This is not a hotel, at best it’s a B&B, very minimalistic, with all rooms on one single floor of a residential/commercial building. The rooms are all located around a small open area used for breakfast. The breakfast area was insufficient for the number of guests, and was very noisy when being used. The variety and quality of the breakfasts were inadequate, everything on the buffet was prepackaged and tasteless. The room size was small but sufficient. There is no receptionist, no tourist pamphlets, no body to provide any form of information. There is a host there during breakfast but she is not very helpful.

It's a great location.

Clean rooms. Surprisingly quiet since it was located in the center of town and had a nice terrace. Walking to pretty much everywhere even the train station is a short walk. No frills. No ice available. No mini fridge.

The view the room and even the huge breakfast was so fantastic

There really isn’t anyone to contact if there’s any issues. I was having problems getting in to the room and luckily i figured it out. I tried calling the number several times and no one will pick up if it’s not within the hours they have posted. Mind you those times are all before check in time, so basically you’d have to wait until the next morning to speak to anyone. At that point you might be out on the streets. Also they don’t have any water for when you arrive. It would be nice even if you had to pay for it. Even with all the issues i had wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately there was no way to find out it the room was available for another night since no one will pick up calls.

Everything,the rooms,the hall, it was very easy to access and check in . At breakfast the host was there to help us and make sure we had everything we need. As a first timer when i was looking on google maps and it was showing a wall. Not the door.

Great location, staff very kind and helpful, the room was very nice, they also provide a Smart TV. Our room no 7 was not facing the Plaza as advertised, it was facing a small street from the back of the building. Breakfast has very limited options, it should be improved.

Responsiveness and helpfulness of staff (when they are available) No terrace on the triple room - I did not realize when booking and that was disappointing. No fridge in the room - there is a small air cooler but a (silent) fridge would be better No water cooker (there is a Nescafe machine) in the room. A water cooker and some coffee mugs would be a nice addition. Breakfast area (inside the building) is gloomy. We elected to have breakfast in the city.

Once we found them, they stored our luggage. The location is good and walkable to the city center. It was too hard to find. The email that we received should have given us better instructions on how to find the door where you enter. The property is actually located ABOVE the Foster’s Hollywood Restaurant. That should have been stated in the email. The signage should be better at the entrance and in the elevator.

Bit chilly at night with no blanket

The Plaza View was a beautiful room and close to everything! You can walk through the historical parts of the city during the day, and find restaurants and night life in the other parts of the city in the evening. You feel safe walking back to your room, which is also very secure. In the morning there is a satisfying breakfast right outside your door. I would highly recommend. My only complaint was not enough towels. We started with two bath and two hand towels, but after the room was cleaned on our second day, one of the hand towels wasn’t replaced. We were leaving early the next morning, so we didn’t say anything. I’m sure they would have replaced it if I had asked.

Excellent location, especially if you are visiting Valencia for the first time. Walking distance to the old town. I liked eating breakfast on my balcony. Almost everything was good. Only the breakfast was the same every day. We stayed 3 days so it was not a big deal, but it would be nice to change every second day maybe.
