Old furniture but ok

They did not provide enough pads for dishes and laundry so we ended up buying them.

For someone who has restricted mobility, getting in and out of the bathtub is quite difficult. It would be nice if they can provide a stable handgrip for support.

Location was awesome! We were able to leave our luggage. Provided coffee pods. Large soft towels. Quick response from manager. Large apartment. Could walk from train station easily.

The location is wonderful. The air conditioning is good and working properly. It was uncomfortable for 3 people although we have said in advance. 2 beds Ok. The other one was the armchair bed and terrible. The furnitures were old.

Location great, place was easy to find, elevator provided, quiet place, Nespresso provided. Oef the bedding was a serious issue for us. The mattress was extremely firm/hard, like 0 comfort, this combined with pillows which were more or less flat. The pull out couch is also pretty challenging, also needs proper treatment.

The property is in need some maintenance issues. but it is a good size and location to the city is great. The lift was out of order for the entre of our stay. Which happens. We requested a double bed, it was 2 singles together made up as 2 singles, so it kept parting, mattress was uncomfortable. But it was nice for natural lighting and being able to open doors onto small balcony was nice.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Valencia. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location next to central market so easy walking to old town sights. Apartment in a quiet square with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including a carrefour a couple minutes away ( up left hand corner of square)Plenty of space inside for two of us, well equipped with fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and utensils, though we couldn’t find a bottle opener- have donated one to the flat! Staff communicated well and promptly via WhatsApp- was helpful to have the check in details in advance of arrival. They also let us leave cases after check out and helped book a taxi. Nothing! Just a suggestion- perhaps an information sheet would be helpful in the flat?

A great location and a spacious, comfortable apartment for 2. It's in an area with few cars due to restrictions, so quiet, right in the heart of the old city. It couldn't be better. The beds and settee were comfortable. The towels and bedding were of good quality. The kitchen was well equipped. It's good to have a full cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Communication was good. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The apartment would benefit from more mugs (only 3) and glasses given there is a dishwasher. Also the internet is variable; I don't think it's fibre. It kept cutting in and out on our phones. It worked well though for the little internet camera we had with us. But these were minor concerns.

close to tourist sights. nice apartment. bathtub with shower but no tub stopper. they let me leave my luggage there for a few hours on my last day. Staff friendly once I found their office. Very noisy in plaza de la Merced. trucks, etc park in plaza (it’s basically a parking lot), leave engines running while they unload. so noisy I had to close windows during the coolest part of the day. A/C in living room is a portable type unit but vents thru a hole cut in the window so can’t move it to bedroom. I didn’t initially realize there is an office in the building where you can talk to someone if you need anything (check in is all done on your own). No soap or other essentials like teabags, salt, pepper etc so have to start from scratch (some will not care about this, I did).

The location - bang in the middle of city centre and surrounded by great places to eat, grocery, local food market and well connected via bus. The flat itself was good for my daughter and me. The kitchen is well equipped for a holiday and the staff is also very helpful. They also have the provision of storing your luggage after checkout if your flight is late. This is a very helpful feature as it becomes difficult if there is no storage available. Nothing

Great location! In the center of everything. We initially booked partly because the listing said on-site parking was available, which was not the case. That said, there is a garage less than 5 minutes walk away, so it was not a big deal.

location clean but old and fusty. very uncomfortable sofa-bed, entrance door clacking in open window, poor wifi

The central location was good but the actual plaza wasn’t particularly nice. The hanging rail in the wardrobe was too high for me to reach to hang my clothes. The bath was slippery when showering and no mat was provided.
