Petit Palace Plaza de la Reina Hotel

Location - the two main squares in Valencia are under a 5 minute walk. Close to so many restaurants and bars. The room was a little smaller than I thought but that was my choice.

All new , clean. Good breakfast. Perfect location .

Unfortunately, when we arrived for check-in, it seemed that nobody was aware of our previous communication. We had to wait quite a long time while the staff checked whether there was a suitable room available. Communication was also difficult, as the staff's English was quite limited. In the end, despite the wait, we still had to stay in two separate rooms. To their credit, the staff later tried to make up for the inconvenience by giving the children small toys and coloring activities, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The hotel's location was excellent, and the property itself was comfortable. Had the communication regarding our request been handled better, our experience would have been much smoother.

Was the best location just in the middle of old town where is plenty of restaurants, cafes. Supermarket is next door. Very convenient Very nice room and service

Location of the hotel was excellent. A bit pricier than we would have liked to pay at this time of year.

Great location in the city center / old town Valencia is a bike town. The hotel has ebikes if you reserve early. We had so much fun Eva and Lolita on were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was in a good location in the historic centre. We arrived by train from Barcelona and were able to walk to the hotel. The hotel served a very good breakfast and complimentary machine that you could self serve coffee/tea//cappuccino in the late afternoon and evening! My husband’s luggage and passport were stolen in Barcelona just before we left the train station. We had to get a police report done in Valencia, Passport photos etc. and the 3 lovely ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. They gave us directions and printed out the documents needed for getting a new Passport. We were with another couple and they also loved this quaint hotel in a perfect location!

The hotel is beautifully presented with modern updates throughout. The location is wonderful with easy walking distance access to everything offered in the core of Valencia. The breakfast area is spacious and clean with plenty of food options including hot foods (eggs, sausages, etc), fresh fruits, pastries and breads. The customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out and any requests made in between. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! Would definitely stay here again. The two rooms we booked (family room with queen bed and bunk bed) and a single queen bedroom were very economical in space and quite tight. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room but just need a clean/modern space this works well. Some rooms may be larger but ours were very small. We also booked last minute so not much available when we checked in. A dog in a room across the hall barked until 2am which was unfortunate and the hotel could not do anything about the situation.

I stayed at 5 different hotels throughout my Spain trip, and this hotel is the best and most top rated one of all. I love everything about this hotel - location, facilities, room design, decoration, lighting, cleanliness, comfortness, bathroom space, cleanliness, design, and water pressure. It is also the only hotel that has both fan and air conditioner/heater in the room. One should just stay here if they are in Valencia. Nothing.

The mattress was not that good, I did not sleep comfortable and the heating of the room did not work, it was cold in general in the room!

Excellent 4* hotel on quiet side street, very close to several main arteries and easy walking distance to most of the monuments, museums, churches and attractions. Staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, helpful. The breakfasts were fabulous with lots of choices and very healthy options offered. Electric bici rentals! Because they were doing some renovation work, a couple of times there was some inconvenience, but not a big deal!

Clean bedroom and comfortable bed The address is very misleading as the hotel is not on the plaza de la Reina but in a very small one way street behind. They ate leading bikes in the middle of the small living room??? The reception people were very unknowledgeable

So happy with my stay here. The staff was just amazing, and went out of their way to help me, after a very difficult 24 hours. Nothing!

Loved loved this hotel it was our groups favorite of the 5 we stayed in on our trip. From the courteous staff, dining room and especially bar and front desk staff all.were very welcoming and helpful! Location was walkable to most things to see. We loved the area. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also loved the restaurant with the hotel. Nothing all was good
