The location is brilliant, so close to the lovely sites as it's within the old town. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also a fantastic way to kick off your day to explore the beautiful city of Valencia. I guess there's not a lot they can do about this, however, a rooftop plunge pool would be great as it's so hot here in the summer.

Excellent location. Very clean. Quiet airconditioning (important during hot Valencian nights). Room not very practical - not enough space to take our clothes out of the suitcase. TV was not facing the bed - had to watch from a sharp angle - but this was not a huge problem at all. Noise insulation very weak - we could hear our neighbours too much.

Cleanliness, staff members, breakfast, location. All good. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are soundproof and the bathroom is beautiful and clean and fully equipped. I asked for an ironing machine, they provided with no trouble The mattress seemed like it had been there for some time, but all in all not bad

The location was super - close to lovely squares with plenty of restaurants and wine bars, as well as being handy for tourist attractions and the train station. The beach was handy via public transport. The staff were really helpful and pleasant. Nothing

The location is excellent, just a short walk from downtown. Everything was very clean, and the whole place smelled fresh and pleasant. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. I stayed in room 120, and there was constant noise from upstairs, including what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, the room is also quite small, and the air conditioner is mounted directly above the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location in old town. I got upgraded--free of charge-- to a supreme room which was very spacious with a great bed. The buffet breakfast in the morning is terrific. Highly recommend! Nothing
