Perfectly located at the beach

Spacious , cool and great location Bit noisy , no balcony to dry off towels , breakfast was very basic

The location is great, just close to the see. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for 10 eur/each. The room was big enough for 4 persons with a nice sea-view. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had nice breakfast from the menu. The furniture is quite old, and beds could be noisy during the sleeping. We regularly saw big bugs (5 cm) in the lift- luckily not in the room. Be prepared to tidy up your room after staying (rubbish, wash dishes). The balcony was quite small. The closest shop to buy drinkable water is quite far (10 min walking).

The location is good, next to the beach with lots of restaurants around with good food. The apartment was really, really bad. Avoid at all costs. Things that happened: 1) one of the bedrooms was a remodeled balcony, and the light switches were in the living room. Also that room had no air conditioning, so the person staying in the room had to sleep with the doors open, and put the air conditioning from the living room to the maximum. 2) signs of rust everywhere, mainly from the kitchen sink and tap, giving the idea of bad maintenance. 3) there were two showers, but if both were used at the same time, the water would lose pressure and only one person could actually take a shower. 4) small cockroaches appeared from under the couch. 5) in the last day, the front door of the apartment got jammed and we could not open it. The hotel forced us to hire a 3rd party locksmith to open it, and we had to pay the bill - which is illegal, by the way. We are formally raised a complaint with the Spanish authorities and we are disputing the transaction. If you are considering this place, beware - the apartment is in bad condition, and if something would break, the hotel will make their best to avoid the responsibility and make the guests pay for it. Also, the image is misleading. The apartment had the view to the parking lot and the garbage bins, not the beach.

Property is located in a nice area good views if you get a beach view room and also on the beach and surrounded by shops and entertainment etc staff are very friendly and do what they can to help and accommodate you and the air conditioning although in a odd spot was refreshing for the heat outside For the price I paid for room 107 I found it quite odd that the room was bare minimal as well as on the rough side with wallpaper peeling off the wall gunk and mound round the sink hole plug and a bath/shower with no screen so the floor got absolutely flooded when taking a shower. The add stated that we’d have facilities such as an iron & ironing board and complimentary toiletries however all we had was a singular tub of shower gel. The room itself wasn’t too bad however it was hard to not notice especially in the bathroom cracked tiles that you could easily cut yourself on and stains around the toilet that had not been cleaned up properly

I like the location of the hotel. it was right on the beach, that was really comfortable. Our room has no natural light as we only have 3 small windows (small=25x80 cm) that has view to an internal space, all walls around (2x2m in size). It was noise as the air conditioning from the restaurant was working all the time and it was echoing in this small internal space our room had view on. The AC in the room was also noisy but we could live with that however on the last 3 days there was a water leakage from the device into the room, so we could choose to switch off the AC or to listen all night how the water is dropping to a bin. We have reported the issue several times, the staff promised to check it by technical team but nothing happened, later they said it is absolutely normal and safe that water is leaking out as there is a big temperature difference outside and inside. That we could accept however the water should be guided out and not pouring inside. As we were quite disappointed we have requested a compensation and they offered to halve the price of our consumption, so the total amount of compensation was around 25 Euros (as we had breakfast and dinner included with some drinks and should pay for extra round of drinks only). In overall we are quite disappointed so I wouldn't recommend the hotel due to staff's behaviour and uncomfortable circumstances.

The dining staff were good The room. No windows, very small, felt like I was sleeping in a cupboard. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Clean and on the beach, nice staff, good breakfast Window straight to the small yard where was all the aircons, u can’t open it as it’s terrible noise. Lot of noise as well from near by club, The room is very dark.

The location was great close to the beach. I was a bit disappointed with my stay, as the room didn't quite match the photos on Booking.com. It lacked windows and natural light, making the space feel somewhat enclosed. Given what was offered, I also felt the price was a little steep.
