Despite having been very late at night without any prior reservation, the gentleman at the reception found us room.

Location...perfect for our need. Ease of check in & friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed Restaurant closed evening we stayed. Breakfast only available from 08.30...too late for us to avail of. Parking a nightmare!

The room was on the ground floor with windows on the street which forces you to keep the curtain closed. In the bathroom the shower could have the glass instead of the curtain to keep the water inside... and the door can't be locked but I believe this room was for disabled people so maybe it's done on purpose.

The bed, pillows and furnishings were comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well once you figured out the symbols. There was not a blanket or coffee maker in the room. I went to reception to ask for wine opener & glass and no one was there or came to assist me as I sat in the chair. I asked the restaurant host and he said I had to wait. The young woman was very rude and told me to ask restaurant and walked away. She was hugging on men in the lobby. When I asked host again he told me no because they were very busy. Unacceptable. I was also checked in to a handicap accessible room and not asked it it was on with me. There was a photo of a patio but I did not have on and was told it was because I booked a value room. Seems misleading.

Location and the comfortability of the room. Near lots of great restaurants and public transportation. Room was quiet, clean and refreshing. Nothing

The room could have been cleaned a tiny bit better before checking in - the was sand in the shower and in the closet

The pillows were uncomfortable. There was no blanket on the bed, and when I asked for one, I was given an extra sheet instead. The hotel should provide blankets. Also, the door in the stall shower opened inward making it nearly impossible to get into the shower. The construction across the street is very unfortunate and was loud during breakfast.

the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. It was close to the beach, that was my reason for booking. the service for breakfast was very slow, although it is only 8€ for set menu which was good. I tried to go back another day for dinner but the restaurant wasn’t open as it closed at 6pm I think which I thought was early for Spain

Exceptional

Studio rooms. One terrace and balcony. Two bathrooms. Rooms cleaned almost daily. Staff did not ask how to make the beds. We put the pillows away from the terrace because it was raining. Staff took them and didn’t return them until the end of the stay.

Amazing value for money! Spacious room with spacious terrace! We loved it!

It was well located, close to public transit, modern, clean and the staff were very pleasant. Nothing really, maybe the high step at the entrance doors.

Great location close to the market, restaurants and beach. Room was very clean. Also, everyday cleaning is provided with changing towels. Stuff is super helpful. Neighborhood is silent and the whole district has very positive atmosphere. Highly recommended! It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. If your mobility is reduced, make sure to ask for a room on the ground level.
