Lively hotel, bustling with activity and a great mix of guests spanning families and younger groups. Well located for the beach and some great bars and restaurants close by Pool was too warm! In 38 degrees in Valencia not surprising but wasn’t quite the refreshing dip we needed. Only one treadmill in an otherwise well equipped gym.

Excellent location for beach and transport. Clean and comfortable rooms with a handy kitchenette. Lovely pool suitable for children. Great restaurant facilities. Useful to have a launderette. Can't praise the staff enough - super friendly and helpful! Excellent value for a hotel with such good amenities. Only one small thing, could do with providing a kitchen towel!

Despite all of this, I'd call it overpriced for what you get - it looks like their average price is about 150 EUR/night for a room, and that comes without daily room cleaning (which I don't really need, but expect lower pricing without it), without breakfast included, and with the so-so location of the hotel - it is next to public transport that may get you all around Valencia, but it is 20 mins walk to the beach, way further to the city-center, primary city sights, and there is practically nothing spectacular around the hotel. I'd say a fair price would be twice cheaper. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is delicious, with a nice service, but it is also quite expensive (like ~50 EUR a meal, and you won't feel quite full after that).

What a surprise. It was like its own little community. It had everything you needed for a short and long stay. Bonus was the washing machines, what a game changer. PS don't need to purchase cleaning products; the system is self-sustaining. Overall, 99% of the staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We did have one interaction with a front desk associate that fell a bit short of the excellent service we experienced from everyone else. We asked where the nearest grocery store was and were simply told to "go straight down." What would have been much more helpful was something like, "Go straight down, turn right on [Street Name], and you'll see it on your left." It may seem like a small detail, but when you're visiting an unfamiliar city, clear directions can make a big difference. As someone who spent more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, much of it in hotels, I've learned that these seemingly small interactions are what separate good customer service from great customer service. Great service creates memorable experiences, and often it's the little things that guests remember most. That said, this was a minor issue in an otherwise very enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality shown by the rest of the team.

- Location is good, it's walking distance to the sea, and it has a metro line nearby that brings right to the city center. - The room was very spacious and nice, especially huge respect for the fridge of a livable size. - There are plenty of shared spaces and they all are very cozy. - Water fountains everywhere is an amazing convenience. I did not have expectations for it but was gladly using it all the time. - Parking is convenient and fair priced. - Breakfast was okay, but not great for the value in my personal opinion. When we were having it, quality of everything was good, but the variety was limited: only 2 types of bread, only apple as a juice option, only orange marmalade as a jam. Maybe that we were there for the rush hour, but still.

Really lovely place, great concept with variety of services. Nice room with well equipped kitchenette. Nice bathroom and bed. Really helpful and friendly staff! Unfortunately the metro was under renovation while being there. Obviously not the fault of the hotel. Was just more difficult to get to and from the airport

Location is ok Staff are indifferent, dismissive. AC was automatically shutdown every 20 mins.

Perfect location, the beach is only 15 minutes walking distance. The design of the accommodation is really nice. The staff is friendly. Lots of possibilities to spent nice the hottest day. The crib was like new and comfortable. There was a problem with the cleanliness of the room, specifically the floor was dirty. After we reported, one of the staff member picked up the dust bunnies and bits of dirt, but she didn't sweep or vacuum. I think they rarely clean the room (once every 7 nights). By the way, the floor was dirty again after they cleaned it, and they definitely didn't go out on the terrace. Unfortunately, on the second day, our baby soiled our bedding, so we wanted to have it changed. I reported this in a message. When nothing had happened even several hours later, I also told a housekeeper, and finally, late in the afternoon, they said the staff was aware of the situation. Unfortunately, the sheets still hadn’t been changed by evening. The next day, nothing happened until evening either. After my husband mentioned it again, the front desk called our room at 9 p.m. (I don’t understand how they could think it’s appropriate to call a guest staying with a 1-year-old child at that hour). Finally, we expressed our outrage, and interestingly enough, someone showed up with clean sheets within five minutes. Unfortunately, this was still quite annoying. Breakfast is good, but there’s a lack of fresh vegetables and the selection isn’t very varied either.

The room was comfortable, everything was new, there are a lot of facilities on the property including the laundrette, game room, a very large gym, and of course the pool Generally everything was good! I have a couple of minor things. I think the gym would be even better with a squat rack and a couple more benches. It isn't very convenient to get to the pool from the ground floor, and it would be awesome to have a smoothie bar or drinks station next to the pool. The room looked a little bare with no decoration, and it would be great to have conditioner as well as shampoo. Also my room wasn't cleaned in the whole 5 days although they said it'd be cleaned once. Other than that, everything was awesome!
