Very good price-to-quality ratio, even before taking into account that this includes a breakfast buffet. Location was great, relatively quiet neighborhood that's close to the beach and also just a short Valenbisi ride or bus/metro trip from the primary touristic areas of interest. There are additional facilities such as a gym and some places where you could sit down to do some work. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Cleanliness could be a bit better, I had towels and bedsheets with all manner of minor stains. The air conditioning had a set temperature that was too cold (the temperature dial did nothing), and the thin blanket provided means you're either freezing in bed, or need to sleep without A/C - which in summer gets too hot.

The cleanliness and amenities of the room plus quite “central” location. A/C is very powerful! The breakfast was poor (consider adding eggs, non-pork meat, wheat bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, and some fruit!). You should also place a blanket on the bed.

Very well located, especially for easy access to the university and surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

Location, a lot of buses and trams around, good communication with hotel, very clean (floor was a little bit dirty, but fixed), kitchen is well equipped (frying pans, cleaning sponges), comfortable shower, nice beds, very nice stuff

Great!

We were there for the half marathon and we really liked how close it was to the start/stop line.

Property is beautiful. It has a great location. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help

There are no pots or frying pan for cooking. Also there are no dishwashing liquid, so you need to buy one

I stayed for about a month at this hotel in August 2025. The hotel is located in a very good, vibrant area. Many parks and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are neat and clean, and every room has a mini kitchen, which is super useful. The staff is very welcoming. Special thanks to Darina for her exceptional friendliness, willingness to help, and professional approach. My overall experience was very good and I would definitely recommend this place!

Shower was leaking in my room, needed a replacement shower head.

The service I was far from the metro station

Good value for the price. There was no specific address or picture on the website to guide to university entrance.

The place feels less like a hotel and more like a student dorm from 1973 that no one’s updated not even the towels. Those things were so old I think they came with a birth certificate. No blankets, no TV, and the beds are so small you’d think they were designed for action figures. If you’re tall or a bigger guy, forget it you’ll be sleeping diagonally and still hanging off the edge. The “studio” is actually a micro-room. And yes, the photos online are accurate… in the way mugshots are accurate. Even the paid coffee tasted like it was holding a grudge. Soap and shampoo? They give you one tiny bottle that wouldn’t even wash a baby carrot. I came expecting at least normal standards. What I got felt like an audition for a survival show.

Location was easy to find and the room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The precheck in was easy to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good spot for a one night stay. We were not visiting Valencia and so it was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance. The breakfast was a little sparce. Didn't find a hair dryer but didn't ask for it.

This is a student hall of residence, but a very, very good one. It’s modern, very clean and surprisingly quiet. We had a unit for two people with a small kitchen (with two fridges ?) and a private bathroom. It’s like being roommates, everything comes in twofold: two single beds, two cupboards, two desks, two desk lamps etc. Don’t expect luxury, but rest assured that this place does the basics very well: good wifi, a nice breakfast inside or outside in the patio, all in a very good location. Get yourself a subscription on the Valen Bisi bikes and you can get to the city centre and the wonderful world of Calatrava in no time. Well recommended. Nothing

The staff was really freindly and helpful! The bed duvet is so thin and they did not have normal duvet so in the evening was a bit cold. And there was no slipper at hotel.

The staff was super helpful and friendly and it is in a perfect location for university events. The beach is close too.
