The excellent location, the cleanliness of the room and its size and the friendliness of the helpful staff. I forgot my money and passport in the safe, they tried to contact me but my phone was off they kept it for me in the hotel’s safe.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was varied and constantly kept topped up. The rooms at the front of the hotel are prone to traffic noise, with UK B-road levels of traffic (not a problem if you like a bit of background noise to drop off to, but you can't shut it out without ear plugs.

The location of the hotel, breakfast and cleanliness were excellent. The receptionist was not very friendly and did not have a good attitude.

The location was perfect to access cultural sights, access the beach via public transport ...get on the hop on hop off bus. Very friendly staff, very clean ... I would have liked fried eggs in the morning ...but breakfast was varied and good value.

Clean, inconvenient. No Parking, very difficult to find a Parking place even near to the hotel, we were fined because we parked in a Time Zone Area. We didn’t know about it. We had a Baby and we couldn’t even stop for minutes at the Hotel main door because it’s impossible. It’s on the street directly.

The location is perfect and really quiet. The air conditioning has not been cleaned in years probably and smelled really bad. There was no toilet brush. The beds felt like they would fall apart any time.
