Carlos and the rest of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and nice. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant balcony that overlooked the street, but quiet safe, neighborhood and easy to access transit to all points of the city. Close walk to the beach! Water pressure wasn’t spectacular, beds were nice, new memory foam, quite firm.

The rude manager i politely asked if i can go to my room while she was doing the check in She said : NO Like no : im sorry I can't or i can not but will make it quick, a very rude : NO and honestly i cannot stand rudness

Bed was not as comfortable as I would like.my husband and I rolled to center of bed Two pillows would brme great. Otherwise terrific.

Very clean and well organized hostel! The staff are super helpful and the location was convenient for us because we were meeting friends who stayed at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the hostel was quiet at night.

The location for pre cruise was terrific-just a short 15 minute walk to the terminal. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I will be returning shortly for another stay. N/a

Pictures on the website all show lovely balcony rooms. Mine did not have one, and was next to reception so a bit loud. Did not care for the pillows which do not fit in the pillow sleeves so you keep waking up with uncovered pillow on your face. Room was very basic.
