There was a nice little welcome box with water and chips waiting for us, and a complete array of cleaning supplies for laundry, etc, which was quite welcome after three days of hiking.

Great location, very clean There was some maintenance issues that should have been resolved before we checked in. The stove was jammed in lock mode and needed to be reset but we didn’t have access to the breaker box. We know it was reported prior to our check in because we met the previous tenant in the lobby but problem still existed. The kitchen sink faucet was practically unusable since it was so wobbly, hard to turn on and off. This was a problem that should have been addressed outside our time. Also, one of the handicap handles by the toilet did not stay in the up position so it took up room in the bathroom. The shampoo bottle is attached to the shower wall with adhesive and the bottle fell off the wall at night causing a loud noise and woke us up. The maintenance issues took up our precious time to call in and resolve.

This studio apartment is perfectly designed. Every inch has a purpose so there's no wasted space, and our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys) had plenty of room. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave, the furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we even got a welcome basket with fresh water, chips and coffee pods! On our first night, we realized the shower was clogged, and water soaked our bathroom. The next day, after we returned from a day out, the shower was fixed and we had fresh towels! I only interacted with the apartment managers through chat, but they were super responsive. We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend!
