The host was super- we were with a child and they upgraded us for a bigger room for free. The idea we have a breakfast is super, the problem is the breakfast was the same for 5 days- croissants and toast with jam. Also lot's of waiting at the bar for morning coffee and grumpy bartenders. A bit noisy in the evening, but we were prepared for that.

Noisy, rooms need maintenance, staff absent mostly, internet not available for long durations, breakfast insufficient,

Location is amazing, view from the window was nice despite not having sea view, room was big, bathroom was big with a full bathtub. Free breakfast! For free! Very nice. No proper soap in the room, only one type of shower/body gel intended for shower use that is intended to be used both for washing hands, showering and everything. I had to go buy soap separately. Soap is important. Soap is used to wash hands. Stairs, steep and lots of them. I felt bad for some older people that were struggling to get up the stairs. The listing should clearly state that stairs are steep and not suitable for older people. They had to take breaks from going upstairs. It broke my heart to see that. It is supposed to be a vacation place, not a place where getting to the room is a physical challenge. Either set up an elevator or write everywhere that the stairs are steep and physical fitness is required to get up the stairs. The room was surprisingly hot despite having two windows.

smell to cigarrette too much

Location is great for the beach and restaurants are very close. Restaurant was good. Noise from the nearby clubs was loud until 3 am, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. there were mosquitos in the room buzzing all night. Tv was old and basic.

The ocean view is what I like Very noisy. Somebody was yelling in the hallway and we dare not step out. Cabinet looks very old. The WIFi was not stable at all, alwasy get disconnected.

The presence of the sea. I didn't like the smell of sewage in the toilet, poor soundproofing, noisy neighbors, loud music from a night club until 2:30, a bad bed - like a folding bed, all the sounds from the toilet of the next room, a strong smell of fabric softener from the bed linen.

There was a room available when I was trapped in Valencia due to the Dana. The sheets, and towels were all stained. The window wouldn't close properly so between the wind howling and the sounds from the occupants in the rooms around me I didn't sleep much at all. When I checked out the next day the girl said that everything was closed and nothing was running, no taxis or busses, but after walking a few blocks EVERYTHING was open and running like normal!

Fantastic location right by the beach Beds weren’t very comfy, very basic. Not the most friendly staff.

very nosy all night from the non-stop party from the marina. From Wednesday to Monday every day the party starts at 4:00PM and goes on until 4:00AM this is officially. Couldn't sleep at all only minutes.

Compearing to the price, standard is ok

The only positive was the nice staff. Bedbugs in the beds. We got bitten all over our body. After we found out, made some deeper research about the place and this issue is long known for them. I dont think it needs more comment...

Room was basic, but such good value for money. Beds were fine, the fan provided in the room was good enough for keeping us cool and the shower was good. The location was also incredible. Basically on the beach and close to countless restaurants/bars. Also close to lots of supermarkets and public transport. On our last night, we had our phones and wallets were stolen from the beach, but the hotel receptionist was really helpful and let us use their phone and computer to cancel cards and contact family. They even allowed us check out late for free, since we had been in the police station until 8am. We're very thankful for their help. Would have been nice to have a drinks cooler/fridge for water.
