Location is very close to beach.

The rooms are pretty modern, with up to date amentities and bathroom. The location is also very good, near the beach and next to the public transport station. There are also many good local restaurants nearby, perfect for a weekend trip.

Excellent location in a very well managed property. Nothing not to like.

Weird position of the washbasin outside the bathroom, also you get one dishwasher cleaner pod, one trash bag and two coffee pods.. a bit cheapskate-y. Other than that all good.

Location close to the sea, that's it It was noisy, we've heard every toilet flush in our apartment. The noise from corridor was also very loud. They don't have their parking, have to park a car 600-700 meters away in a public parking

Overall it was good value to stay. Room was clean but strange smell was coming. Staff was good and check in formalities was also good

The beds were very good and comfortable, the location of the apartment was also good. All facilities worked well, and contact with the reception via WhatsApp was very quick. We were also able to check in earlier. The tap and shower water contained a lot of chlorine, which was a bit less pleasant, but I think this is the case throughout Valencia. Other than that, no drawbacks.

The property was clean, and I liked the room layout, it was unusual to stay there, also everything was working Constant drilling! We stayed for a week and worked from home; the drilling was incessantly annoying! Some days, the drilling began even before 8am when I was still asleep and it woke me up! Extremely frustrating! Another issue was that a cleaning lady entered the property without ringing or knocking at the door (she opened it with her own key) and began speaking in Spanish. I couldn't understand anything at all, so she left. But what kind of privacy is that? So exasperating! The check-in process was dreadful; the property host sent a link with a myriad of unnecessary surveys to fill in, which I did (and it took ages due to the numerous pointless questions), only for them to message me the next day saying that the information wasn't saved! How is that possible? Even though I received a confirmation email from their platform thanking me for submitting the data and confirming it was recorded successfully. Such nonsense! I had to send them a separate message on Booking, resubmitting all the data, and then they still requested passport photos via WhatsApp, which once again consumed a lot of time and made me anxious as they were threatening us by saying we wouldn’t be allowed into the apartment until we provided them with the requested information. They even had the nerve to ask for our bank account details when I wasn’t even in Spain, again threatening not to allow us into the property until we provided a card number and expiry date. And this is supposed to be a hotel! I'm happy to provide all the information upon arrival at the reception, but asking for it in advance when we haven't even reached the property and can’t verify its existence? Especially bank details! That felt incredibly dodgy and scammy

Comfortable apartment, very clean and warm, everything needed for living is present It would be nice to add a little bit more light, sometimes it is very dark in the kitchen even with all the lamps turned on

Loved our stay. Great location, functional kitchen, friendly staff and a place to park your rental bike. The only thing we didn’t like much was the lack of soundproofing.

The property was exactly like the photos ! Beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and everything you might need for a short stay was provided. The location was superb, a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from the beach and 2 minute walk from the tram which brings you into the city centre.
