The location and value of this place is great. Right next to City of Arts and Sciences and on a few important transit lines, but the best part was the staff; super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The friendliness of staff, the adjacent restaurant and the proximity to the modern Ciudad de Ciencias y Arte. Some nice restaurant on both sides of the block.

It was right at the Valencia marathon start line. Great kitchen and restaurant. Very conveniently located. Free massage after the marathon. The room AC wasn’t working.

The room was amazing! Very large, with a great balcony. The bathroom was impressive, and the room had a miniature fridge, which was excellent. Was very pleased with the room! Quiet and nice. The bed was slightly hard, though this is just a preference, nothing detrimental! The location was a little ways from the center, so it was very quiet, however it took some walking to reach the center. But was just steps to the Arts and Sciences museum.

Great location - easy to either walk or get public transport to all the main monuments and museums. Our room was very well furnished with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and moisturizer all supplied. This is perfect for a city break! Breakfast was really filling with lots of options. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Some clearer rules on quiet time in the evening. Guests on our floor were shouting in the corridor and SLAMMING doors after midnight.

The location is very close to Ciudad de Las Artes y Ciencias but further away from other sites. The upside is there is a convenient bus stop on the other side of the street.

Room pretty clean as it should be. We had room with Terrace with view in the back of the building with trees. There is restaurant in the hotel as part of the Hotel on the ground floor and you can order food at any time. No sound isolation from the room to the hall. Around 3pm the cleaning ladies were cleaning we were about to take a nap, and was quite noisy from the hall.

Clean, a/c worked great, super friendly staff. Paid parking and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Someone or something above our room was moving a chair or bed or some kind of furniture all night long I suppose it was a dog?
