Beautiful renovated property with just four rooms so very intimate and nice patio! Very friendly and responsive staff. There was not a lot right around the location. No mini fridge and only one fob key to get in and out of property. Sometimes neighbors’ dogs barking. Difficult to control AC temperatures in room.

Bertrand, the owner, has transformed this property into a gorgeous little oasis in the heart of Valencia. He is so friendly, and gave us great recommendations. When we come back to Valencia we will stay here again! Nothing I can think of.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is nested on a quiet street so had no sleep distractions, AC was cooling…no complaints whatsoever:) highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, I was enchanted by every detail of this extraordinary hotel. The terracotta-painted façade sets the tone…warm, timeless, and undeniably romantic. Inside, each element felt curated with care: the brass hardware, designer furniture, beautifully placed art books, inviting living room and terrace…all seamlessly blending elegance with comfort. The space is both refined and inclusive, with thoughtful ADA-compliant design throughout and top-of-the-line fixtures that quietly elevate the experience. Designer linen draperies (even in the bathroom!), antique and beautifully restored armoires, and limited-edition lithographs gave each room a sense of story and soul. It’s rare to find a place that so clearly reflects the heart of its owner. Bertrand, gracious and effortlessly present, brings the space to life with quiet charm and impeccable attention to detail. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a love letter to beauty, hospitality, and the art of living well. Can I say more? Romantic and beyond. That i cant live there.

This, for me, was the perfect boutique city hotel. Quiet as could be, breakfast was incredible, and the owners are just so incredibly nice. I would highly recommend this place, I was here solo, but i imagine for couples it would be even better!

We were pampered by Fabian and Bertrand. Exquisitely decorated, and magical, we felt as though we were in our own Villa. The breakfast was outstanding and prepared by Fabian. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we experienced a relaxing respite from our long journey. Thank you both for a special memory from our trip to Valencia. Parking is always a problem in Spain.

A wonderful place, the hosts, the rooms, the whole hotel, breakfast, everything was perfect. Can only highly recommend this hotel and will always choose it again for a trip to Valencia.

This is the most lovingly created boutique hotel . The hosts are welcoming and care is taken to make the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible - the design is outstanding .. a haven of calm in the great vibey area of Rusafa.. a fabulous place to stay don’t hesitate to book and make sure you have the wonderful breakfast!! I liked the fact La Novieta is a small 4 room independent property that is the opposite of a chain hotel; the well-thought-out interior design; the attention to detail and feeling like you are a guest in someone’s home; staying in a gut renovated old Valencian property; and the very gracious host Bertrand!

I hope I can find the words that explain how special my stay was. The building is beautifully renovated, with great taste and comfort working perfectly together. I loved my room - an extremely comfortable bed with a luxurious bathroom. The room was attended to every day and it was such a treat to go back to the room each day, bed made, bathroom spotless. We used the courtyard everyday, where some quiet time after a full on day in the city was much appreciated. We had many an interesting chat with Bertrand, who, along with Fabien, could not have made us feel more welcome. The location was perfect for us. Whilst it is a 20/30 minute walk to the Valencian landmarks, you feel as if you are experiencing what it is like to truly live in Valencia, and there were many restaurants, shops and a local market within 10 minutes walk. Finally, the breakfast is a complete treat with fresh produce, presented beautifully, as well as offering a good opportunity to talk to other guests and hear about their travels and experiences. I can only say thankyou once again to Fabien and Bertrand, whose hard work meant we had the perfect stay. Nothing

The property is outstanding! The amount of care and consideration that went into the four year restoration of the hotel is completely unmatched. The rooms are large and luxurious with a beautiful communal courtyard and leisure area. From the moment you arrive and enter the property, you immediately feel as though you’ve entered an oasis. It’s peaceful, luxurious and cozy. The location is also fantastic, with markets, incredible restaurants and stores close by. The hosts make you feel so welcomed, go above and beyond to provide recommendations and ensure your stay is everything you hoped. Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet street which has been beautifully renovated by the hosts, Bertrand and Fabien. The attention to detail is amazing, right down to the beautiful jam spoons! The hotel is lovely and small, just 4 rooms which makes for a nice quiet stay. All the details are there - comfortable beds, power outlets both sides of the bed, black out curtains, ac and ceiling fans - everything thought of. Downstairs there is a stylish seating area and an open courtyard with seating. The location is good - nearby restaurants/cafes and walking distance to the old town (around 15 minutes). Bertrand and Fabien are wonderful hosts (such lovely people) offering advice on where to eat, how to get to places and they produce the most amazing breakfast. Don't miss the breakfast. Fabien's tomato tart is wonderful - he makes the puff pastry himself!! Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing
