No help to bring the luggage from the parking, which is very far ( at least a trolley would have helped?) , super hard mattresses, reception closing at 7pm ( kind of early honestly).

Helpful reception staff. Storage for bicycles with tools and a pump was available which was great. Expensive parking, at night there very audible bell sounding every hour, prepaid half board dinner was poor. Standard double room booked through Booking.com was so small that two people couldn’t fit in which is for a hotel of this standard a joke. Only one chair inside and I had to put it in front of a door to make a room. The other person had to sit on a bed.

I was a great stay again, I am not the first time here and also not the last time, as long as I have I am in the area. everything was perfect, only the park and gardens are more beautiful in spring and summer (my last stay was in May ) then in February.

This is a nice boutique hotel in one of the wings of the beautiful complex of Valtice Castle. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, the nice breakfast, as well as the stroll in the castle garden and around the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. We would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a chateau! Staff were great. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!

Nice location right in the castle We booked this hotel mostly because of the restaurant but we couldn’t have a dinner there because it was closed due to private party and no one informed us in advance so big disappointment. Rooms were old and simple.

Fantastic breakfast. The room was clean and basic but sufficient (we chose the budget room, for one night on the road from Italy). Very kind staff. Heating was on, as it was a cold night. Great castle grounds/public park for a walk with the dog. Maybe the cosmetics could include a shampoo, beyond just soap, in the bathroom.
