Close to the beach. Friendly Staff. Breakfast…There wasn’t much variety. The selection could be improved by adding more options. Clogged shower area, but they gave us extra towels.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was extremely dirty with stains on the bed sheets. The floor was filthy! We had a dog with us and was charged €15 per day for sanitation. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind paying for our dog, but having your dog more dirty when she lies on the floor than before is a real joke! Breakfast was a shock. We were told to sit outside, which is not a problem. But it was absolutely filthy!!!!! We had to request the staff to clean before we could use the table(see photos). Would be great for this hotel that is supposedly pet friendly to at least for the money you pay per day to have a bowl of water for the dogs.

Bedroom was spacious and equipped with air conditioning which worked great. We arrived late and the staff were very kind to wait up for us which we really appreciated. Breakfast was quite basic but great that it was included (coffee was great though), saved us having to go out and look for food. Private parking was a huge bonus. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood, would recommend! The bedroom floor could have been cleaner but everything else was very clean.

Amazing ratio of price vs quality! Hotel with sea view, few steps away from the beach. Rooms very clean and having everything that’s needed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - providing recommendations and tips.

The friendly Staff in the reception , Service staff in the Restaurant and Cleaning staff for cleaning the room everyday . The location was excellent , Sea view, Free parking, Price good value, Thanks Hotel Niagara for the good service.
