Staff was great everything was clean but very rundown building. Splits in wallpaper throughout building. Wiring for a ring door camera at base of stairs. Pool was closed. Door to our room didn’t close or open easy at all.

Advertisement on Expedia did not match reality, so not stay, it’s a rat trap

The drop ceiling tiles in the hall were missing, combined with the low light you feel like you were walking into a bad horror movie. We reserved this hotel and paid more than others we were looking at because there was a hot tub and breakfast included. The website had the swimming house listed differently than the sign at the hotel. However the swimming area was actually closed. Not that we would have wanted a soak after checking in and seeing all the other issues where maintenance was lacking. It probably would have given you a skin infection or pink eye. The breakfast was a bunch of bread items (bagels, plain bread, english muffins) and cereal. There was maybe four pieces of fruit so I grabbed a banana. The coffee was undrinkable, and I will drink most coffee available to me in the morning! Check in staff lacking friendliness and said about ten words in total. Never looking up and made us feel like we were a burden. I would have happily stayed somewhere else if we hadn't already reserved the room.

Pool and spa were out of order. Very weak breakfast options. Rooms need updating.and painting

The place was trashed on the outside (broken windows, trash everywhere, random people just chilling in the parking lot in chairs. Inside was no different. I would hope they would get this in order but if it’s your cup of tea then go ahead. Change the photos Hotels.com it’s very misleading.

Bad

This was the first time where we considered to eat the cost of this stay and book somewhere else. We will never stay at this property again.

I'm surprised Wyndham even had their name on it.

I did not like anything didn’t like the fact that the main person for check-in took more money than what I already paid for the carpets in the building. Buildings were ripped out and I chipped over it. The first room he put me in. You couldn’t even open the door without pushing on it too hard. The room was dirty. Lampshades were broken. Dressers were broken beds were broken. The beds were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. The second room, he put me in on the way to the second floor. There was a hole in the ground. The ceiling towels were off. There was mold on the roof and the walls from water damage. The door to that room was broken. You go in and there’s cum stains on the blanket the bathroom tile was broken. The sink was broken. The light fixtures were broken. Dresser were broken, everything was broken and discussing there’s tweakers all over the place, people smoking weed in the hallway and met pipe.

Pool and hot tub are not open. The property should update their listing and/or adjust their rates. This property is in dire need of a deep clean and refresh. The carpet in our room has several dirty spots that housekeeping apparently ignored. The hallway carpets need to be replaced. The side entrance door was propped open 24/7 which gives the impression that security is not a top priority. However, it appeared several guests are long term renters, so security may not be a concern for them.

Nothing. The whole building was gross. The room was so dirty.

My room had black mold growing in the bathroom. Everything needed repairs. The staff was very difficult to locate when we needed them. I checked out a day early and the lady at the desk refused to give me a receipt but said I’d get a refund. So now I can’t get a refund from Expedia for the night we didn’t stay because I don’t have proof I checked out early. This was by the worst hotel stay I’ve ever been to.

Rundown. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. No elevator to the second floor. Just bad.

I was extremely disappointed and would never stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

No instructions to operate the TV. The breakfast was adequate, but no hot items except toast and coffee. The list could go on. The bed was swayed in the middle.
