We did not find out the pool and jacuzzi were not available til we arrived. The room heater/air conditioner/ fan did not work (reported). All settings blew cold air. The toilet ran 24/7 even though we reported it. We were charged $692.70 by Expedia for 7 days, then another $130 for 6/19 by the Days Inn. They said it was a deposit fee but it was never returned as promised. We did no damage to the room, had no pets, no smoking, etc. Was told they provided breakfast but what was provided was bread, plain bagels, homemade horrible orange juice, milk, cereal and coffee with a toaster. Aso cold, rubbery pancakes. $98.96 per day was exorbitant pricing plus the Inn charged another $130. That was ridiculous!!! Many Days Inn have been wonderful. This one was not. The people were nice but it was minimally staffed. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and chunks of plaster/concrete on the walls. (mold under?) I will never stay there again!!

Needs to be remodeled, everything smells like smoke, the rooms are falling apart, no locks and anyone can enter the property.

The worst stay ever . Such a rude staff

Extremely run down. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to help me at the front desk. My shower did not work and I could only run a bath. The bath tub had a crack and hole in it. Everything was dirty, floor, walls…everywhere. I felt like I was staying in a drug house. There are stains all over the carpet. The pool and spa were closed. The pop machine didn’t work. Gross and I will never ever stay in one of these hotels ever again!

Lobby smelled like urine. Was told they don’t have ADA rooms and that they’re not required to have ADA rooms! Awful customer service!

The hotel is clean, and functional. The bed was clean and well made. The shower was hot. However, the place is old and run down. The tub needed resurfacing or replacing. The countertop was stained. The was no coffee pot or coffee. No cups for water. No blow dryer, no iron, no suitcase rack, no phone. The pool and spa closed. It was a place to sleep.

Front desk seemed annoyed I was checking in. No pool or spa.

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Tiles in bathroom were loose No elevator so if you are on the second floor you need to hump your luggage up the stairs.

Front staff was very polite and helpful but pool and hot tub were broken or not in use so it should be posted or discussed on the website or at least at time of check in and the entire building seems to need a good taking care of, wallpaper coming off, plug ins for hair dryer were literally hanging out of the wall and not working, hotel room door would not close or latch shut, we were offered another room which was so nice of her but then that room was even worse off and had a very awful smell and food crumbs and chips on floor -beds poorly tucked in and old plastic from bed mattresses still on and showing -dirty light switches and dirty mirror from previous guests, spy hole was plugged from inside which made me very hesitant to stay- again the hotel clerk at the front was very accommodating and apologized for the issues and was great to deal with-but even at a low price we chose to stay at a different hotel- we are not that picky but there are some hotel standard that should be followed that are not being followed at this hotel

Lilly was amazingly helpful when we could not get our TV to turn on. The air conditioning was a portable one with a tube out the window, and you could not move it because the tube coming out of the back was just taped on. So if you moved it, the tube pulled off and blew hot air into the room. Lastly, the breakfast was sugar filled. Not one healthy cereal among the lot of them. For a diabetic guest, there was not breakfast option. It was just sugar on top of sugar. Adding hard boiled eggs would be a good option.

Pool and sauna was broken. Main floor looked dirty. Room was dirty and smelled of pot. AC was not on, room was hot. AC was slow to cool. Took 2 days to cool enough to sleep. Bed was positioned bad. Wife had to crawl to get in bed. Cars were broken and sagging. Bathroom counter was stained and dirty. Breakfast had almost nothing out. Low or missing food. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER.

It's not the Marriott but it's a place to sleep.

it was filthy, broken sink, people camping in their cars in the parking lot, blood on shower curtain, broken tiles, stains all over carpet, stained towels, had to sleep with one eye open all night. DISGUSTING, NEVER AGAIN

This building is VERY rundown and looks nothing like the pictures posted online. Peeling wallpaper, wires hanging from the ceiling, stains on furniture, hair embedded in the sheets, etc.

They put us in a room where the heater/ air conditioner was broken. They instead had a portable one in the room that was terribly vented to the outside and duck taped in place. Then that one didn't work. The beverage machine for pop and water that was broken 8 months ago when we were there is still broken! Wifi didn't work both times we were there. Basically it's probably the worst hotel we've ever been in. But the price was cheap. And we didn't have $300.00 a night to spend for a typical daily rental. You get what you pay for.

I looked at 100 places online. The only two things I was looking for is a swimming pool sauna and breakfast. The pool is down. We couldn’t even pee in there, and the breakfast was all carbohydrates and our fat and sugar. There was not one thing for me to eat this could’ve been mentioned it in your advertisement on the Internet. One staff told me I couldn’t have a pillow. The other staff told me I could it was lobby was almost pitch black when we got there all the lights were out except for over the register. The bed was hard and lumpy did not say that one coming very disappointed cost me a lot of money to be disappointed. Maybe you guys can work on the upkeep of your property that the wallpaper is peeling off your scratches all over the furniture carpet service disgusting other than that. It was a roof over my head and kept me out of the rain that’s about it
