Clean yet? Simple room. Friendly front staff. Everything you need for a getaway. It was nice to see the room had a microwave, fridge, stove top. Beds were a bit hard but comfortable.

I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. Miserable experience all around and we weren’t offered anything to make up for these inconveniences.

Very clean and nice room. Good parking near some restaurants and a mall.

I like everything about this location. My boyfriend and I stay frequently. My only complaint would be. There isn't an ice machine, even though the refrigerator and freezer have an ice maker. The ice maker, is slow. I usually have to go and get ice somewhere to get ice.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay.

I appreciated the features for the deaf. I am deaf. My room was clean and confortable. The desk clerk was helpful in showing me how to get caption for the deaf on the TV. I liked My Place very much.

Beautiful place, and location was great. We ate at Red Lobster. However, many choices. I have [2] dogs. They were able to walk near the mall with plenty of greenery. In the morning, we walked to Voodoo's and had delicious donuts.
