We ended up being charged twice bcs the booking was duplicated and the property did absolutely nothing to make it right. We actually spotted the double booking before our stay so they had plenty of time to put the room back up for sale but they didnt lift a finger. The room itself had a tiny window set so high up you couldn’t even see out of it. At breakfast the plates were dirty, and there is single-use plastic everywhere. The room wasn’t smelling good (especially the bathroom). Honestly overpriced for what it is, especially when you’re paying double. The least they could have done was throw in the breakfast which they charged us for and which really wasn’t anything special. The one saving grace is that the hotel is very well located.

Honestly way too pricey for what you get especially when you’re paying twice!! They could’ve at least thrown in the breakfast… which they made us pay for, and which wasn’t even that great. Only good thing is the hotel’s in a really good location.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great! right in the center of town. There were many restaurants just steps away. No lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Wondering location in the hsrbour, near the old town, shops and restaurants. Bus transportation is frequent to train station. Tourist information nearby. Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable and room was cozy. Bathroom shower was great. Had a great stay, would book again in the future. Stairs were a bit of a challenge as I was on the third floor. But I got assistance from staff with my bag .
