Great location, clean and quiet

Excellent location. It is a lovely hotel, charmingly decorated and everything was very clean and in good condition. Our room was small but had a lot of closet space.

Beautiful building and rooms, a few steps away from the Cathedral and the rest of the old town. We didn’t eat breakfast, but the breakfast room was very attractive. The proprietor was very gracious. An exceptional value.

Very central and charmingly French decor. The lady on reception was super helpful. Nothing it was really nice and I will stay there again.

Great location. Receptionist was very helpful Safe didn’t work in room. Only one cup for drinks. Our friends were charged, even though they had already paid and we were asked for payment when we had paid

Location - internal decor, staff, breakfast
-
good breakfast but no one offered to cook the eggs that were in a bowl, marked uncooked! Room and ensuite so small for two people travelling with two suitcases. We particularly like a safety deposit box so when it didn't work reception just said 'It's broken'. They just seemed very uncaring but they did call a taxi for us when we left.

Location in town. Comfortable room. The parking situation. We wasted a couple of hours trying to park. This was difficult on a Saturday afternoon- some nearby parking was not open on a Sunday.

Staff were lovely very welcoming No air con. We stayed two nights and we were abit disappointed the room wasn't cleaned/bed made new towels etc after our first night... it was expected as the hotel stated they closed daily 1-3 for cleaning.

Lovely place, right next to the old town. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely art deco style Stairs which are difficult to take heavy luggage up for older people Also closed until 3 pm when we arrived at midday so couldn’t dispose of our luggage

Stylish hotel in great location. View of ramparts was cool and the hallways and lobby always clean and smelled great. Rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, but didn’t bother us at all. Fair trade off for the location.

The bedding was good and so was the location. Breakfast staff were good and the meal was adequate. Good restaurants and interesting town very close. Our arrival wasn’t pleasant. Somewhere on booking.com it mentions the hotel doesn’t have car parking but does not talk about cycles. The hotel hallway is narrow and cramped. The concierge insisted we unloaded our bikes on the street and didn’t really have any idea where they could be stored. It wasn’t his problem. Even though he mentioned it was a common issue. The hotel made no provision or even a suggestion as to where they could be stored overnight. He thought previous guests may have stored them in an underground car park 500m away but wasn’t sure if it was still open or even possible.

Great location on the edge of the old town - with a view of the ramparts from the bedroom window. Free parking relatively close by at Palais des Arts. Expensive for a small room. No facility to make a drink.
