Location The room has peeling plaster, no proper door handle to get out. There is a cage of wire through which to view to shore and all the boat activity. Staff were difficult. This is a hotel that has stopped really caring as it's location means it gets plenty of guests. I was very glad I had only booked one night

Location is the greatest asset! Direct exit to the Ghats, Ghanga sunrise view piont. Room 110 (Deluxe Double Room) - next to the kitchen stairs (cockroaches included). A/C & hot water provided 24 h. View of the courtyard with open air restaurant. Room 132 (Budget Single Room) - small, but very nice (no cockroaches). Ghats view. Room 109 (Delux Double Room) - like 110, but smaller. Room 108 (Delux Double Room) - like 110, but without bathroom & cockroaches. Wifi works well. Watch out for Buget Single Rooms - there are 4 "in the basement" (one level up of the Ghats, two levels below courtyard/restaurant). Very overwhelming, uncomfortable & dark (no window). Far away of everything.

close to the ghaats, but access is very difficult- too crowded throughout the afternoons till late evenings a long walk with all the luggage to reach the place and get out also - not possible without the help of the staff a 2 day stay was ok, once the rituals completed I left for the town centre there should have been better and easier access to and from property to other parts of the city. Guests should have been informed of the situation regularly

The location of the hotel is very good and I got a good view from the terrace. The hotel canteen staffs and the reception desk staffs were good in behaviour. 1. The behaviour of the cleaning staff of the hotel is very very rude and poor. I stayed for 3 nights, and that guy had the audacity to tell me that he will not clean my room, do whatever I can do !! 2. At the time of booking, it was not mentioned in their room details page of the booking page that it is going to be a basement room, which is three level below !! . I was surprised after reaching the hotel. This should not happen to anyone. You have to clearly mention about the room, it's floor details at least. What If I would have visited with an old person !!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the room. Expected a Delux double room which is what we paid for but our room was certainly only a Standard!!!!

I like it's location, River view. sunrise view. It's difficult to reach hotel with laggage.There is no facility of any ride to hotel.
