Prime location, the staffs were cooperative and helpful. Unhygienic, cockroaches in the room and washroom, door locks not working properly. Unclean bed covers and pillows. Very oily food.

The location is excellent. Some of staffs were very supportive but some were rude. Mr. Shyam ji was helpful in guiding us and helping us with our luggage at there place for extra hours. The rooms were not very clean and because of kumb mela the approach roads were blocked

When I reached Varanasi by 1 pm they said booking not available

Very bad experince Manager didint give us room on 27th Dec. He said "we dont consider booking. com's customers online booking". He cancelld our booking. While resquesting a lot the manager sent us ( 2 senior citizen & 1 child) to another hotel which was 1 km far. And we had to walk with our luggage. There also we got rooms for only 1 day. Overall it was a very very very bad experince.

Property is located very near to Kashi Viswanath Temple but in rare occasions transporters are ready to go till hotel. Otherwise one has to walk for around 500 meters to reach the hotel. Rooms are very shabby and have pungent smell.

Location is centre of town and had convenient to travel around was easy.. Response of the manager was not up to mark has he was agreed early for late check in and check out was not fullfilled..
