The rooms were very clean & well maintained. Interiors were beautiful & artistic. Food was great & buffet options were bit less but rest everything was beyond expectations. Everything was good no cons from our side as such.

The hotel is in a good location. It is walking distance (literally less than 500m in any direction) from a well-appointed mall and various restaurants offering different kinds of cuisine to cater for most palates. We were there for Shivrathri and the hotel was 3km away from the main ghat (Dashashwamedh) which allowed for a fairly short commute. The bedroom area of the room was excellent. Spacious with a king bed and great quality linen. The room had its own desk, reading area, and a day bed. The bathroom was decent but not great. For those not used to it (like us), the shower and the tub are in the same space but the shower is NOT in the tub. Fortunately, the shower and tub are separated from the sink and toilet by a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. The aircon in the room worked a treat such that we had to turn it off from time to time as it was too effective. I had some laundry done and it was a same-day service and I was very pleased with the outcome. The food and beverages at breakfast were fine as was the service. (We did not eat any other meals here). What made our trip memorable was the travel desk lead whose name is Abhishek. He was attentive, informed, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requirements which included airport and train station transfers, city guide, prayer guide, and car service. Abhishek was so determined that, upon checkout, he accompanied us to the train station and walked us to the platform to ensure we knew what we were doing (as we didn't)! Oh, and his English is excellent. The jacuzzi located on the roof was not working, and, by all accounts has not been working for some time. But that in itself was not a reason to give the property a poor rating. The staff members more than made up for this.

The room was overall nice and clean, liked the rain shower, room service. I have had a few issues with the hotel: 1) the room card stopped working almost every day, I had to ask reception to fix it 2) in the room the power sockets near bed didn't work 3) TV was not working, there was an issue with remotes which was fixed quickly when I asked 4) the bathroom sink was clogged, I asked to fix it 2 times, but it was not fixed

One of the senior members was very accommodating and allowed a late checkout as the flight had been cancelled. The room was nice and spacious. Food is not at all up to the mark. very bland and tasteless. Some junior staff at the reception just stood with a blank face, not able to respond to any query. Booked a transport to the Airport. On the way, the driver informed that the AC was not functioning so had to go in a car without AC, and uncomfortable.

Helpful staff. Unfortunately, my wife came down with the stomach flu, but they called a doctor within 20 minutes. The chef accommodated our customized food requests and prepared very tasty meals. There was some drilling noise from the rooftop pool that disturbed us, but they promptly moved us to a lower floor. All in all, a very good stay.

There’s nothing I liked about the property The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. The power kept switching off multiples times throughout the day. For the amount of money spent it’s not worth it as the room was basic and a little bit outdated. Upon arrival, I was told my room was ready but when I got to the room they were still busy and we had to wait until they finished inside the room. Everyday you need to call and get a slip for the WiFi password as it only lasts 24 hours. The house keeping and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good with wide variety to choose. When we first arrived the person who was serving us was abrupt and bordering on rudeness. During our check out we brought this to the notice of the manager. Hope he attended to counselling the particular staff member???
