As travelling alone as a lady hotel sita is the best and safe place to stay as I feel very safe and comfortable to stay here .As people of hotel sita are really friendly and helpful .Mr vishu who is really very supportive and is very informative about kashi he has lot and lot of knowledge about varanasi .I would definitely recommend everyone who are travelling to varanasi and want to fell varanasi as real banarasi should come and stay with sita family and fell the vibe of kashi . Will recommend everyone to come and stay Best ,??????

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is right on the Ganges river. Cleanliness is bad and shower is not running good. We had to change our room for that and insects bit me when I woke up. Just the same with our new room but a little bit better.

It’s a very old hotel that lacks proper maintenance. The rooms are dusty and not clean, and at times there’s no running water. I even had to move to another hotel (and, of course, they didn’t refund my money). There are also insects in the rooms. Definitely not recommended.

This is one of the best properties if you want to stay at the ghats. But you have to adjust to the size of the room, cleanliness and amenities. It is not comparable to a 3/4 star property but pretty decent.

Fantastic location just next to the historical part. Staff is very helpful and kind. Room was small and very old. Comparing the price vs Indian standard this was not great value. You pay for the location not the room quality

Only the location. Hotel is extremely dirty. Even the dustbin is broken in the room. Bulbs are fused. Extremely poor condition of every item in the room. Restaurant does not have even basic courtesy to glass with bottle of water with dinner. Complete waste of money

Best location on the ghats. We had a great balcony overlooking the Ganges with fantastic views up and down the ghats. Excellent rooftop restaurant with very reasonable prices.

Greta location if you are coming for kashi temple or see the aartii on the ghat Ghat - 4 mins walk - can be seen from the terrace (atkest the crowd) Kashi - 12 mins walk gate no 4 The terrace restaurant should be linked with the hotel However good and servuce is very good

Location was awesome. Food was good. That you had to lug your suitcase a good 12 mins to get to the hotel.

Location is great. Right on the ghat. Few minutes walk to Vishwanath temple express corridor. The room had a view of the ghat. The hotel manager arranged for our bags to be taken to a place where we could get an auto and he also arranged for a taxi. Very helpful, kind and honest people. Can't think of any such thing as what was not good.

Only positive is its location on the Ganga and access to ghats Staff members looked at us with suspicion. The room was very basic with low quality furniture. AC remote worked intermittently. For the price I paid, it felt like a ripoff. I don’t mind the hotel staff trying to take you to nearby shops and boat rides and they get commission on that, but unfortunately they would fight over who contacted you first. Also note you will have to walk 10-12mins from main road to reach the hotel as the alleys are too narrow for rickshaw.
