They cancelled our booking when we alrdy checked in at the hotel. Attendant were rude, n they replied us stating we got a better deal than yours so we cancelled the booking. Tats Ridiculous

Location 1. Untidy rooms. No regular housekeeping 2. Dirty bedding. Inspite of asking to change no one changed the bedding. 3. Unbelievably there was a rat in the room because of which we had to change the room at 2:30 in the night on a cold night, along with kids. 4. The bathroom door was not functioning properly. 5. There was a stink in the bathrooms all the time.

It is having a great restaurant with excellent food. The location is quite accessible and is very near to Bharat Sevasram Sangha. The ghats and Vishwanath temple are not too far though not close. The room service was very good, the fittings in bathroom are all of jaguar. Overall very nice hotel considering the price at which it is available. The bed had a mattress which had springs hurting. on complaining they put another mattress on it. The price of the food can be a bit lower.
