The hotel is situated in prime location.Rooms were neat and clean.Staffs are very helpful. Room service was available all the time. Rooms and washrooms are very small. There was no space if I keep my luggage there. Also, toilet shower was not working in our room.

Basically it is a bad and cramped place . Terrible ventilation.No clothe rack arrangement in cupboard. It is better to stay away from crowded gullies like this hotel location and brace the mad crowd once for going to temple than frequently face the ordeal . Terrible damp rooms .

The staffs are very helping and always with a big smile which was really something I liked. The location is excellent.The manager Sunil is very knowledgable about the history of Kashi and shared lots of information which I wasn’t aware of. The bathrooms could be more cleaner.

Close to Dashashwamedh ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple for Arti and shopping.Hotel has lift facility. No transport is allowed by administration beyond Gadaulia chowk.So the only option is to walk or hire a wheel chair if you have mobility issues.

the 3 bedroom was quite big and nice, good staff behaviour. the 2 bedroom was small and tv was not recharged.
