I've booked a room . I had a confirm . Then they've cancelled my booking. We rest without room in the middle of the night. RIDICOULUS.

Only the location was quite reachable and decent as per the price. But cleanliness should be there. Didn't provided any breakfast. Cleanliness and hygiene not meet my expectations.

Its 1-36am .night.. The manager at reception switch off my ROOM AC... LAST ONE HOUR...I M A PATIENT.. I REQUESTED HIM.. BUT HE SHOUTED ON ME LOUDLY.. HE HAS NO MANNERS HOW TO BEHAVE WITH A LADY... VERY FIRST DAY HE BEHAVED VERY RUDELY TO ME,BUT I FORGIVE HIM.. BUT AT NIGHT 1-36 AM. HE SUOUTED AND DISRESPECT ME. HE INTENTIONALLY DISTURBING ME. VERY BED BEHAVIOUR.. THE OWNER SHOULD TRAIN THER STAFF. WHY THIS MAN HARRASH ME?? I WANT TO CALL POLICE..WHEN I SAY I CALL POLICE, THEN HE SWITCH ON MY AC. THIS IS VERY RUBBISH,HOPELESS. BECAUSE I CATCH HIM RED HANDED WHY HE SWITCH OFF MY ROOM AC. ITS SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... HOW CAN HE DISRESPECT AND INSULT A LADY AT NIGHT??? I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL.. I NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO COME THIS HOTEL. I THINK THT MAN NEED to consult psychiatrist.. and need mental therapy.. He distributing hotel reputation.... He should kik out of hotel by owner before any police inquiry come... I will never forgive him...
