Excellent property in a great location. Outdoor pool area is lovely. Room was small but the bed was comfortable and the AC was cold. Wish I had been able to reserve dinner ahead of my arrival. Shower wand needs replacing.

Excellent location and staff

The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful views and pool that made our stay memorable. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the complimentary water, treats, and champagne waiting in our room made us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. Breakfast was included and was a nice treat. The room service team was consistently attentive and efficient throughout our stay, and the overall property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, our room was located on the first floor near the staircase leading to the restaurant, bar, and pool areas. Music from these areas could be clearly heard from the room, even while lying in bed. During our first two nights, the music woke us up around 5am, which was not the relaxing experience we expected during our honeymoon. We raised the issue with the hotel and requested a room change. While the staff instead offered a complimentary aperitivo and assured us the music issue would be addressed, the noise continued, with music still audible late into the night and beginning again around 7am. A room change would have been a much better solution. To add to the frustration, the complimentary aperitivo that was offered as compensation was mistakenly charged to our bill at checkout, requiring additional follow-up to have it removed. Overall, there were some wonderful aspects to our stay, but the noise issues and handling of the situation left us with a mixed impression.

This is probably more of a me problem for not doing enough research on the area. The price and room size just didn't line up for me. Probably because it's a Como thing. The noise level, hearing people slamming doors or dragging furniture across the floor from the early morning until the wee hours of the night definitely put a sour note in my mouth, i love quiet when it comes to a higher tier hotel and I didn't get it here.

The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A beautiful property in a spectacular setting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Como.

Location was fine, but unfortunately, nothing else was good. In fact, it was horrific. 1. Staff not customer service oriented. For example, the hotel shuttle, even when available, was refused to drive you to the ferry port or train station unless you were checking in or checking out. The weather was extremely cold, raining and windy. So, trips to the ferry port and train station which would be fine for walking to on a sunny day, were outright refused. We reported this incident to the Front Desk Manager and she appeared to be shocked by this kind of behavior and said this would never happen again and that she would speak to the staff. She offered us a comped dinner at the villa next door. 2. We also told the Front Desk Manager about what happened to us at the hotel's restaurant, The Victoria Grill. We had reservations the first night of our stay and when we walked in, we were totally ignored as they scurried around the restaurant, waiting on the people that were seated. After about 20 minutes of being ignored, they finally seated us without any apologies. Then we waited 30 minutes until they took our order. The food was tasteless and cold. When we asked for the check, the total amount included a 10% tip. We told them we had no intention of paying the tip and to give us our change. He came back without the change we requested. We told him again to bring us the correct change which eventually he did. 3. The next day we took the train to Milan andupon returning, called the hotel to request the shuttle. Again we were refused. 4. We had eaten in Milan so we weren't hungry for dinner but wanted something smaller. It was late and raining so we stopped in to The Victoria Grill. Big mistake. We asked for a table and because we weren't having a full dinner, we were told to leave the restaurant. This was the last straw for this hotel. I can't say anything nice about this hotel , but what I can say is don't stay at this hotel. Their guests aren't their number one priority. This isn't a 5 star hotel, far from it.

Staff was amazing. Views from the restaurant unbelievable. Our room had a view of the street while our friends had water view for the same price. Otherwise amazing

This property is absolutely stunning, and the staff is phenomenal. I was blown away. I went on the off-season by myself, and they upgraded my room from what was already a great room to a private stone cottage right on the water. I never asked for an upgrade, they just took the initiative because they had it available. The whole staff was extremely kind and accommodating, far beyond what I need or expect. The location is incomparable. I cannot recommend this property enough.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. Everything was spotless, clean, and very well-organized. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking and added so much to our stay. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. A huge thank you to the welcoming and professional staff, especially to Eleonora, who was incredibly helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel!

The property is absolutely beautiful and right on the water. The staff is welcoming and professional. The breakfast was fabulous! We found our room to be extremely comfortable and had a balcony to look out on the water. We even loved our little fake fireplace, which made the room feel so cozy. Aziz, who works as head bartender, is warm and friendly and made us feel like we were long lost friends. We had dinner at their fancy restaurant and loved every minute of it. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you are not a fan of ringing bells, you might consider wearing earplugs at night. The bell tower is very near the hotel. We are used to this kind of thing, and it did not bother us at all.

Location was amazing! Views from the bar and restaurant! Rooms were small but nice and updated and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small and lobby really needs a facelift!

Most everything. A bidet would have made it even better.
