It was very clean and comfortable. It was also a pretty, classy, old style place. The only thing I didn’t like was the big orange canvas artwork above the bed.

Location Not easy to follow the directions for drop off of luggage. There was a photo with a link but the link was in the photo and you’re not able to click on it. A pin dropped link would be ideal

Lake Como facing is exceptionally picturesque. Very relaxing view from the balcony. We could sit there all day. Staff is very professional and friendly. Lots of stairs going up to the room and down to the lake front for people with reduced mobility . We were okay but was out of breath going up with a small carry-on luggage

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The view from restaurant was beautiful.

The view of Lake Como was absolutely perfect and it was a convenient location for exploring Varenna. The breakfast spread was amazing — they had the best chocolate croissants. There were a lot of steps involved to get to our hotel room but it was worth it for the spectacular view.

The location was phenomenal, with the best view of the lake and mountains. It was also in the middle of the stores and restaurants, but was still quiet inside. The apartment was large enough for our family of 5, but felt cozy. It was clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious. One of the staff was not very friendly during meals. Otherwise, everything was just wonderful and we would love to return.

The unit we booked had a great terrace with an awesome view. The couch in the unit was unusable and needs to be replaced.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Even though I had a side lake view, I really enjoyed the view, and the view from the breakfast area is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Varenna. The shower leaked a bit of water.
