its a good service and i have a great time here

It is an old beautiful villa, fully modernized inside. Big room, nice bed, a lot of space for things. Everything is exceptionally clean, the room is cleaned every day. The place is quiet and warm (I was in the winter). There are a dog and cats in the house, which was a plus for me. Big nice breakfast with good coffee. And, very friendly, polite, and helpful host - Paola, I would like to come again:) One should remember that bathroom is separate from the room (no big problem for me). But it is clean, modern, and easy to use.

Nothing, a perfect stay.

Paola is the perfect host with warm welcoming and availability. the rooms in the house are really comfortable. Free place for parking is really usefull and location in middle of the city is greatly appreciated.

Good location close to a park and downtown. The owner is ready to help. Beautiful trees in the garden. Bed was good, room has no real storage, bathroom is shared. Very clean.

Fantastic building and grounds, perfect location for our purposes (though it's farther from Varese's main stations, it's near another one on the direct route to Milano Cadorna station). Exceptionally friendly staff and extremely cozy, homey atmosphere. This is probably reflected in the lower price but the bathroom is shared (not a real problem for us personally). The checkout was rather early but we were up early anyway so it didn't matter much to us. Be aware there are dogs (also not a problem for us personally but if you're allergic you should know).

Paolo was really hospitable and the BnB itself was in a beautiful sprawling garden really close to the heart of the Varese city. Quite splendid for a family run place. The amenities are on point .. toiletries, nice shower, access 24/7, choice of coffee, little refreshments, thought off breakfast, the two doggo's and so on. They were lovely to lend me a bike which I really was able to use to get around. A little smaller for 5'10" and two different valve types on the tires but enjoyed having the choice to nip about. The attention to detail was something you'd expect from a star hotel like the folding of the toilet paper, she really went beyond on service. There was a wee TV in the room too which was handy for a night in (all Italian channels but comforting with a wide variety). There's ample place to park your car too. This is a nice quiet place and something I would recommend going to again if I were in Varese that's close to your shops, restaurants, church, bar etc. and a short bus away from Sacro monte di Varese Wished I could speak Italian to strike up a decent conversation cause you were lovely. I was in a bit of a hurry so couldn't find a pen to write a feedback in the guestbook. I wasn't too sure if I could use the kitchen to microwave or cook. Breakfast was on the house and I was eating my meals outside but I wasn't sure if I could cook or find pots or pans. It was hectic enough schedule so I did get away with some snacks :)

perfect place and position to stop for malpensa airport

We enjoyed very much the location (close to the highway and the town centre (we can recommend pizzaria ‘Smile’) but still quiet and safe), the kindness and excellent communication of the owners and the breakfast with amazing cappuccino’s ?.

This air bnb is really exceptional! I’ve apprecieted the hospitality of the family and felt very good during the whole stay. The breakfast was delicious, great cappuccino:). The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. There is free parking in the garden. The family owns two wonderful dogs:) and some cats. Everything was good.

Friendliness with f just, generous breakfast, provision if extra beverages, charm of house and gardens, excellent location. And dogs! Nothing we didn’t like.

One feels like a king in this friendly and hospitable place. The owners are super nice, they attend to all the guests needs. The sorroundings are cosy, the breakfest delicious, rooms have a style and cleanliness is perfect. Perfect combination of B&B stay with home-like climate.

Paola and her husband are really great hosts that enjoy having guests at home! The house is really pretty and it feels like going back to your family house ? My stay was really calm and perfect for a night with a nice breakfast with a garden view in the morning! The single room was great and everything from room to bathroom was super clean.
