Great location. I was given a room in the basement/cave. It looked way more like a cell than an hotel room.

Everything's clean, and well prepared. The basement room aren't the thing that expecting for the price per night.

Possibility to charge an electric car was excellent. Breakfast had a nice layout and there were plenty options. Using the shower got most of the toilet floor wet.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I loved this hotel so much I feel they deserve special recognition. Older hotels can often be a little shabby despite renovations, but this place has both cosy, old world charm while achieving standards for cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort equal to the best hotels. Being a short and easy walk to the bus and train station as well as the city center, it was in a perfect location. Staff at the desk were welcoming, helpful, and efficient, and without my asking, helped me carry my luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. My room was nicely proportioned, quiet, and very cosy. Breakfast was great. There is also a nice little lounge in the reception area with tea and coffee for fika alone or with others. (And for a delicious fika treat, check out Bageri 96° on Stora Torget!) I only wish I could have stayed here more than one night!

Good Nordic breakfast. Parking with charging possibility was great for us as we were on our first trip with an EV.
