The hotel representative were so helpful and professional in directing us to the famous sightseeing in the area and all the time check on us to insure we are having a good time and enjoying our stay in Velden and if we need and support or assistance.we felt at home with their warm and exceptional treatment. The only minor thing is that there were small shelf above the bed which may hit you if you are not careful (it hit me several times)

Great location, good facilities, excellent breakfast and welcoming and friendly staff. We would have liked a kettle in our room and we felt the glass partition between the bedroom and shower room didn't give sufficient privacy.

Breakfast, location, service ,one of the best I have ever had in any hotel, manager, house keeping, service personnel absolutely top notch ! Nothing could have been better, see above rating !
