Location is very convenient and walking distance to everywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend left something behind, and the hotel informed us and is helping us to ship. Air-conditioned. None.

Great location, clean room, and very kind staff!

Great location, close to the train station and within easy reach of Venice’s main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was relatively small. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, space can be a bit limited and moving around the room may be challenging.

Mold in shower, going upstairs to use toilet. Not having 24 hours reception to stop noise from above.

The room was on the second floor, directly above one of Venice's main pedestrian streets. As a result, it got quite noisy during the evening and night, with people shouting as they returned from parties. Of course, that is just part of Venice's vibrant nightlife! However, if you are planning to stay here, I'd recommend keeping this in mind or asking for a room facing the inner courtyard if one is available.

Amazing location!! Walkable from the train station and very walkable to many other sites, restaurants, etc. the room was exactly what we needed and the woman at the front desk was very sweet. Nothing!

Great location, close to great restaurants and easy to walk everywhere. Room was clean and made up every day which was appreciated. Francesca was very friendly and very responsive over text. It’s awkward. Maybe this is typical of Venice properties but we found it weird. There’s a shower and sink inside the room. We found using the shower difficult with our group. There’s one shared toilet upstairs for the whole property. Luckily there was never a line up for it. The wifi was pretty much nonexistent. It never worked.

The location is very convenient. Close to the bus station and train. Has everything you need for a short stay. Shower inside the room very clean A lot of stairs for elderly people or heavy luggage think about it

My keys were not unique. You could open my room. Using keys from bathroom we opened our room. Probably with one key you can open every door here.

The location was near the main train station. The receptionist was very friendly, and we were able to store our bags for a few hours. The room was of moderate size, but there were too many beds and large pieces of furniture, making it difficult to walk around. Additionally, there wasn't enough space to place our luggage. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, it was nasty, so we had to open the windows and turn on the air conditioning while we went for a walk. There was no hot water for a shower, and the comforter had an unpleasant odor.

Very private and cozy Small

Good location to parking stations if you come with car. Area safe. You can walk 10-15 to center. Clean specially the bathroom. 4person room good but. A little small. The warer pressure was only good in morning. Other things were good

Great location. Cute and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

It was an easy fifteen minute walk from the bus stop at Piazzale Roma and in a neighborhood with great restaurants (Dolfin next door was so good). The hotel was clean and safe with easy access and check in. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Venice is a very expensive city to stay in (at least compared to our other three destinations in Europe this trip) and I feel like this place offered us a great value.

I liked the hotel staff. They were very friendly. The room was good. The hotel was close to the city center. One can take a water bus from there. There was no kitchen. Water was there. A refrigerator was there.
