Stairs but most hotels in the area have this

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. The facilities were clean, neat and very comfortable. Their breakfast was the perfect way to start the day!

    There is no elevator.

Room was very clean. Bathroom same. Location Excellent. Breakfast delicious. Staff were super helpful and attentive. View was amazing. You have to get your bags 4 floors up and down without help. But we already knew that. That's the only down side

Location on the Grand Canal was fun and beautiful. Very nice staff. My daughter had breakfast and said it was wonderful. Our view in the junior suite was wonderful and the room was very spacious. The stairs (67 to be honest). It’s hard lugging up luggage and there is no alternative. Also, the Grand Canal and restaurant below can be quite loud in the evening. Ps.Take a private water taxi. Worth it!

Location is amazing, staff helpful and friendly, will definitely recommend for your Venice stay

The bath was quite awkward. The tubs were tiny and the faucet came out right in the standing area of where the shower head comes out. It also causes you to step on the plug constantly filling up the tub. The shower units really need a revamp.

Fantastic location, comfortable room, very pleasant staff. The room was a little close to the action of reception, so you could hear the sounds of people coming in at night, but it wasn’t too bad.

The property is in a great location with proximity to restaurants and the Rialto Bridge. It has a great view of the canal with windows that open to the grand canal. What an incredible view to the sights and sounds of the Venetian life! The gentleman that is there overnight into the morning is wonderful and made sure we had our breakfast and coffee ready in the morning; with our table by the window. The staff were also informative and provided help in making decisions about restaurants and transfers to airport. It was difficult to find and I assume the sign to the location is small on purpose. We actually walked in twice and weren't sure we were in the correct place. Maybe there needs to be a more informative sign at the bottom of the stairs stating the name of the property. There is no elevator, so you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We didn't mind this because it became part of our daily exercise routine.

The view was beautiful, the room was nice as well. Good breakfast in the morning Nothing that was not advertised, lots of stairs but they were open and honest about that prior to us booking. Plus it’s Italy, everyplace had a lot of stairs

Breakfast was really lovely, and the room was OK. Slightly on the smaller side. There were a lot of stairs to get to the reception area. It made it very tricky with heavy bags

Very nice but cozy room. Had a cute view of the alley. Staff very nice. The stairs to get to the hotel are brutal but we were aware. It was pretty expensive

Location is perfect. Staff was awesome. Pricy but worthy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! The stairs. 3 story building with no elevator. Going up the stairs with luggage was quite an effort. No help there.

Location is not beatable, the staff were super friendly and informative. The room was very clean. The breakfast is very simple but high quality and filling. It is close to many water taxi stations which makes it easy to go from and to airport. They didn’t turn the AC during April. They said it seasonal but they provided me with a fan. Keeping windows open is not a choice due to bugs. No elevator but I knew this beforehand

Location, room and friendliness of the staff I can’t think of a thing. Room and hotel was beautiful

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Very nice location, breakfast was good value, the room was very clean. The smoke detector blinked in the room all night long.

View was great... right on the main canal so lots to watch! Location was good... close to the famous Rialto Bridge. Beds were comfortable. Although located on the main canal which was good for the view, it was loud with the boat traffic. Our room was also located right off of the breakfast dining area which felt a little awkward in the morning.

The location was central and the room was clean. The included breakfast was great and it was worth the money.
