Room very nice and well furnished. Staff was incredibly communicative and helpful. Very walkable location right next to water bus, water and gondola stop. Excellent breakfast.

Conveniently located. Staff offered us a complimentary tour to Murano to watch glass blowing. This included water taxi to and from the island. Staff was very helpful

This is truly a unique place to stay, it goes perfectly with the magical experience of Venice. Completely different than anything I've experienced before. I would highly recommend!

The hotel location is excellent. Near the Rialto bridge, with a view of it and yet not bothered by the foot traffic from it. It has the grand canal view, convenient to visit many attractions and it even has a supermarket next door. The room we stayed in is nicely furnished, with a great view and modern amenity. The staffs are very friendly and extra helpful. Since the view is so nice, it would be great if chairs could be placed closer to the windows. Also, since the counter space is limited, it would be nice to have something to hold changing clothes next to the shower.

Beautiful little gem near the Rialto bridge. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Location is great, 10 minute walk to San Marco. Our room looked out on the court yard and there was construction and scaffolding, but luckily double windows blocked out the noise.
