Great location! Awesome service! We needed luggage for 4 brought to us so we could finish our Rialro Market cooking class experince that ended near the train station which we did not realize when booked. Michele answered my many emails while planning our trip and saved us by arranging a porter for our luggage with 2 hrs notice! It truly salvaged the last few hours of our our wonderful experience in Venice! Absolutely perfect!

The location is excellent. It is a 5 minute or less walk from the Rialto Bridge Vaporetto stop, and right in the middle of everything. It is surprisingly quiet inside the hotel despite all the activity nearby. Staff are extremely helpful and are available 24 hours. It did not bother us much, but some may find the lack of an elevator problematic. The staff will carry your luggage rather promptly up or down the stairs.

The size of the room and cleanliness can be improved, may be the constraint due to the location

Location was great and easy to get to from water taxi. Only stayed one night before a cruise to explore Venice but our short stay was nice.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything! The staff were great and gave us restaurant recommendations which were wow! The room surprisingly was bigger than expected. Overall pretty statisfied. ***Make sure to pack a small bag as there is no elevator to take luggage up. My wife and I packed a small bag for 1 night. None

Just minutes from the famous Venice Rialto Bridge and water taxi stands, the Hotel al Graspo de Ua boutique hotel is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are large enough and provide all the necessities. The staff is very helpful, and will even assist getting your luggage up the stairs as needed. (No Elevator) Breakfast in the morning is extensive and a great start to a busy day. A SUPER value given the location and proximity to the major attractions, the water taxis, and all the Venice has to offer. The "water bus" ride from the city's train station is just 20 minutes or so and very inexpensive - arrive faster if you hire a private water taxi and don't mind paying the high rate. The airport is a bit further. We recommend this hotel and definitely the location. It's a gem for a 2 or 3-star hotel in Venice.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and quiet and the hotel is literally a few steps from the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Many food choices in a short walk. Alilaguna pier is 3 min away too! Shower/bathroom was a little tight. If you are a large person it would not be comfortable.

AC does not work. Rooms were hot and we had to open the windows at night. Bathroom door got locked in the middle of the night.

The location was amazing! Literally steps from the Rialto Bridge , and very close to St. Marks. We didn’t need to take the water bus often, just to and from the train station. The air conditioning wasn’t available while we were there. (Beginning of April, mid 60’s) Staff recommendation was to turn the system completely off, so it didn’t get hotter. The room was very stuffy with no circulation, our only option was to open the windows for some cool air and movement. The downfall to that option was that restaurant next door had a very pungent fish/ fried smell that wafted in. The mosquitos also found their way in. Lastly beware, we had backpacks so it wasn’t a big deal but 5 flights of steps with a heavy rolling suitcase seemed nearly impossible.

Stairs, so many stairs. No lift. Breakfast was quite basic. Superior room terrace looking onto walls- No view of Venice.

The location was great - close to everything. The breakfast was disappointing and the decor was not to our taste.

great location near near Rialto Bridge (and all signs point to the Rialto Bridge, so easy to find my way back). lovely room on the 5th floor above the roofs of Venice, so a spectacular view. staff spoke excellent english and were very attentive. excellent breakfast.
