Perfect city center location, comfortable and clean room, breakfast

It was clean, well decorated, excellent location and the AC worked well. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great location!! Easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Excellent host! Nice breakfast brought to our room. Bed and pillows could be better.

This is not hotel, I don't know why booking calling this place hotel. There is no facilities at all, just bad, table and bathroom. The blanket doesn't smell very fresh..

What we didn't like as much was that the pillows weren't very comfortable, and I would suggest changing them to a more comfy ones.

The location to everything we needed was very close. It was easy to find from the airport also host had excellent instructions for us. The breakfast was perfect way to start the day! I would definitely recommend staying. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Location

We were able to change the dates of our booking easily. The location of the building that our room was in was great, it was very close to all the major attractions. 1. The room that we stayed in was in a different building than the one listed on Booking.com, so the address was different and it was confusing. 2. There is no elevator and the staircase is very steep and narrow, so taking heavy luggage up and down the 2 flights of stairs was very difficult 3. Our room had a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It was unbearable so we kept the bedroom window open but then we had to turn the heat up a lot because it was cold. 4. The mattress was concave. It had a huge dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable to sleep on

Nice place in a great location in the center of Venice. The breakfast was small but good. The room was clean. We arrived after dark…the directions from the host we’re very detailed and helpful. We had no trouble finding the location.

Very disappointing with no visible signs and difficult to find. Old and falling apart. Shower door came off its tracks every time you moved it to close or open. Steep small steps with several flights and difficult to carry your luggage down or up. No room to open luggage in Anex suite. Breakfast was a joke croissants wrapped like a corner store. White bread for toasting but no butter. Cookies and granola. Coffee and tea. No protein. Air conditioning did work and we were thankful since the window shutters only open a few inches so no view.

Close to everything we needed. Didn’t know about the stairs before hand Woman who had us pay didn’t say beforehand when, she stopped us on the way to a tour making us late Shower leaks on the floor, had to use our towels to mop it up each time

The stairs especially if you are on the top floor with luggages. No elevator.

The bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedroom!! It was down steep stairs on a lower level. The bed was very low and uncomfortable. There was dust in the unit. My husband & I got bit by some kind of bugs!
