Gorgeous room, homey feel, very kind staff.

I loved the elegance of the accommodation... felt very Venetian ?. It was also warm, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, great bathroom, quiet. We slept well. Good sitting room with comfortable sofa etc for relaxing. Our host Nicoli was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location too. There wasn't a kettle so couldn't make a hot drink. Needs cups to be provided in the room for drinking water which I mentioned to Nicoli. Also the photo needs updating as breakfast is no longer provided.

Stay in the room with external private bath. Very pretty and clean, quiet and well managed. A fun location hidden between Rialto bridge and the train station. Very affordable.

Beautiful warm room! Great hot shower! Silent place! In the center of Venice, it was easy to reach anywhere I needed.

Great location. Host was very accommodating with our arrival time. Great shower pressure but only handheld not attached to wall.

We liked that it only had 4-5 guest rooms. It was quiet. There were no children. The bathroom amenities were adequate. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had a scent that was very pleasant. Last, the manager allowed us to store our suitcases in a spare room downstairs after we checked out so we could go out, explore, and shop. That was so helpful! There was a drip from the ceiling perhaps because it was raining outside. Also, make sure that cracks are fixed so no insects or cockroaches can crawl inside.

There was an issue with the hot water heater, so we dealt with barely luke warm showers... it was manageable. There were some hold out mosquitos that were annoying, but we "handled" them. The rooms are very close together so there is some noise from doors, locks & voices.

Paying extra for arriving a bit late than the official check-in time.

Quiet and clean facility. Nice large place near the city center. It was a little far from city center but not an issue. Didn’t have a fridge in the room.

The place is great and you can go anywhere from there with ease. The room is beautiful. Staff is very kind. They are not flexible with late check-in and charged us 40 Eur for that.

The ambience

Found it hard to find on arrival, was dropped off by a water taxi and with it being dark a waiter from a near by restaurant took us to the accommodation

Very nice stay in Venice. The host gave us an early check in which was great. The location was in Santa Croce, which we enjoyed as it was slightly away from the overcrowded areas but still a 15-20 min walk to all the hustle n bustle. Having said that, the flat is located near a nice square with amazing restaurants. Oh and the shower was great! Some stairs up to the property so we had to carry suitcases.

Excellent hospitality, both of the staff we met were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious enough and clean. In pictures, it looks more classy and well preserved, but in reality, it looks a bit outdated. Some small changes would make the place look fantastic, mainly a bathroom renovation or at least to replace the bathroom curtain with a glass so it doesn't stick onto you when showering. Overall a great stay, was a really good experience, mainly cause of the amazing staff and the comfy bed.

Very nice room and bathroom. Lovely staff. Quiet neighborhood and convenient. The WiFi doesn’t work well in all rooms. There is nothing the staff could do to change this but it was inconvenient.
