Cinqueteste Luxury Home Venice

Cinqueteste is truly an oasis within Venice.. it’s simply the best. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Louane and Norberto as we entered the gates into the beautiful gardens, who immediately made sure we were comforted after our long trip and arrival. We were given very informative instructions by Louane on how to enjoy our stay and were given details of some important local locations that should not be missed in our time in Venice, even highlighting them on a map.. Our hosts paid a lot of attention to our comfort and satisfaction, in fact, the whole team did, the staff kept us stocked with supplies, water and other things, and took great care of us at breakfast times.. Norberto shared some books about the history of Cinqueteste and also the Carnevale, amidst his maintaining of the property. After2 magical nights stay, we were very sad to leave, but already informed the owners that we will return as we cannot fathom anywhere as good as Cinqueteste for a stay in Venice.. Accommodation is only 7 minutes from the central train station, 6 minutes from the nearest Gondola, and surrounded by some good restaurants.. The owners are incredibly warm and caring, they know Venice very well, and businesses know and revere them, we found from our experience. Thank you so much for a perfect stay. The owners, Luane and her husband, are perfect hosts: friendly and thoughtful. A beautiful, comfortable room with powerful air conditioning. Extra points for the quality mattress. I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Venice.

This was one of our favorite places we stayed during our trip to Italy. We highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a special and charming place to stay in Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful. Front entrance was initially confusing to find as it’s an unassuming dark passageway next to a bridge that’s somehow easy to miss.

We loved everything about this property. Extremely clean, quiet, and beautiful. The garden and home were simply amazing. The room was very large and comfortable! Luana was so pleasant and kind and made us feel right at home. The breakfast and coffee were perfect in the morning. We honestly could not have asked for better and feel lucky to have been able to stay here! There is nothing I disliked the property- everything was perfect. Location, room, hospitality, food, etc was all just perfect!

Luanna had a wonderful breakfast for us. It included fresh fruit, baked breads, fresh juice, cheeses, coffee & tea.The quality was exceptional and everything was served hot. They were exceptional hosts. The only issue was getting to the property. We took a limo to the Terminal Roma and had to hire a porter to transport our suit cases over 2-3 bridges to get to the home. This problem is not unique to Cinqueteste.

Venetian Paradise Luana is a spectacular host. She and her husband have put so much love into their gorgeous home. Every detail shines. The decor is new and old and soooo Venetian. Location is incredibly convenient to the train station and just a fun stroll to Piazza San Marco. Walking back through the garden gate into Cinqueteste from our walks felt like a warm embrace each time. We were treated like honored guests and close friends. I can't recommend it more!

Lovely Luana made everything extremely comfortable and pleasant. From the gorgeous room with a view of the canal and garden, the delicious breakfast, the silence of the area, and the comfortable bed, I didn't want to leave! San Polo is somehow central but feels protected from hoards of tourists. Super close to the station but only a ten minute walk to Rialto. With only three rooms in the villa, you are staying in a private home with an enchanting garden next to the canals. It's the loveliest and most personal way to experience Venice. Because I love soft lighting, the only thing I'd change in the bedroom would be the lights next to the bed which are extremely bright and cannot be dimmed. But I just kept them turned off, and used the other ceiling lights, and everything was beautiful! I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer!

Everything! The villa has been beautifully restored, it's very comfortable, and the location is perfect. The very best part is the exceptional service and all the loving extra touches provided by Luana, family and staff. She goes above and beyond to make your Venice stay special. It's one of the best we've ever stayed at. Not one thing at all.

The location was away from the tourist area. Luana, the host, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. It was an amazing stay. Highly recommended! I can't think of anything I would change.

WOW.... Noberto is the PERFECT host in a perfect setting. A private hideaway and lush backyard was NOT what I was expecting to find in Venice. The room was beautiful and larger than we had expected. Breakfast was delish. Anywhere in Venice is fairly easy to get to. Location is excellent and our host was spot on with his suggestions for dinner and even made a call to arrange it. We can't express how wonderful it was to come back from exploring Venice to find the peace and quiet that is Cinqueteste Luxury Home. Rained on our way out of town and our stay was too short. Cinqueteste Luxury Home is a great place to stay to relax and enjoy so next time we will be staying longer.

The house and the owners are both very sophisticated but unpretentious. I can’t even start to imagine what goes into the upkeep! It is fun and tasteful as much as very Venetian in its core. We loved every corner or the property and the garden. I was concerned that it is not on the Grand Canal, but turned out it was a good thing :) Everything we cared about, such as the most important sights were close. Also, it is close to the bus and train station. The place is quiet, the room is both homey and dressy, the bed is comfortable, the view is romantic. Luana - the owner as well as her staff are very hospitable, to say the least.

Absolutely everything! Perfect location…very closed to the train stain! And on the way to everywhere! Laura is so lovely and so nice person! She cares about you like mother about her child! We will stay only this place! Villa is like a museum! Every single moment makes with love! Thank you so much Laura for such a vacation! Breakfast is amazing! Nothing….it was so ? to stay only two days!

This is probably the best you could find in Venice. The house is beautiful and the atmosphere is just so peaceful. The house has the biggest garden in Venice and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It’s located in a quiet place away from the crowds, but you could still see gondolas once a day passing by. We just loved coming back to this relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring Venice. The hosts are just amazing and you can tell how much they love this place and care for it. Breakfast is good, it has homemade croissants, homemade yogurt and fruits. Highly, highly recommend! Not one single thing. Everything was just perfect.
