B&B DA NINA VENEZIA

Nina was very welcoming to us. We were early to Venice and she allowed us to check-in early at no extra cost. We did not buy breakfast but she has prepared us a little surprise which was very nice. The room was very comfortable and the area is very peaceful. Location was near to the train station and we had to cross just one bridge to get there.

The location was very good access to the train station. Easy to come/go and access to the water taxis and bus. The staff (Especially Nina, Rinatta too) were helpful and easy to communicate with them. Nina was particularly charming, enjoyed my conversations with her. My only negative was the location of the bathroom (in the room, yes) but up a flight of stairs to access. I managed just fine, but required me to be alert in the middle of the night.

Everything Nothing

Location. Very efficient room since we dont spend a lot of time in it. Morning treats and fresh towels were appreciated. Lovely spot in Venice. We got confused on our 1st walk about and the staff was wonderful in helping us figure it out. Storage units were off site and are a shared unit which made us a bit nervous, but worked out well. Venice was a wonderful city to explore!

Clean, spacious, quiet, and easy to get to. Nina and her staff work hard to make sure everything is satisfactory. We liked everything; no complaints at all.

This is a fantastic stay in Venice! So close to the train station, it's easy to get here and drop your luggage without having to lug it through complex streets or multiple bridges. Great hosts, Rinata was at the desk when I checked in and gave me some fantastic aperitivo and lunch / dinner recommendations! The room was the perfect size for my friend and I, with a great bathroom. Nothing to report, loved this stay!

The outside hallway was noisy.

Absolutely quiet, not a sound from the outside. Convenient walk to the train station and to the tourist activities. Lovely bakery around the corner.

Close to the train station and water transportation. A little difficult to locate. The luggage porter helped us locate the property.

Clean well laid out room in a very convenient part of Venice. Not too far from train and bus stations. The host Nina was very nice to deal with and provided a cleaning and restocking of a few small treats during our short 2 night stay. We were very happy either our stay, thank you Nina. Nothing

Staff, cleanliness, location

The room was quite large as was the bathroom. The employees were very helpful providing suggestions on what to see and do.

Wonderful owner and staff! Very knowledgeable about the city! Great location! Minutes to the grand Canal near the train station and bus station! Wonderful to have the included access to the luggage storage facility very nearby. Wish the private bathroom were en-suite. It was next to our bedroom. A sign on the bathroom door says it is for our room’s use but the door is open until you go in and lock it.

Near to railway and bus stations but on the main island down a quiet street. Excellent room and had a private courtyard too. Great location. Lovely hosts. We were also able to store luggage before check in and after check out. Price on a par with similar places there. Not the cheapest but worth the money. Coffee facilities in the room and a little breakfast present too. Thank you. Nothing negative.
