The staff and the location The rooms were a bit small and the shower was especially small.

Wonderful location made it very easy to get to. The suite was a great size for my family of 4. It was a little noisy with other guests and the door to the annex slams very hard.

We wanted to be close to the train station and it was perfect. The staff were amazing Our room was small and so was the bathroom. Our companions room was not small and they had a bigger bathroom. We had three people in our room and they only had 2 ??♀️

The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the breakfast are all points to be valued! The bathroom stall is very small and leaks water all over the floor. Pillows that are too low and too firm and there is light that keeps brighting and don’t leave the room dark.

Staff was amazing. The room was exquisite!! Newly updated- beautiful and very comfortable! Appreciated the dinner suggestion and reservations - PERFECT!! Also appreciated the umbrellas provided. Location worked out great! Transportation from the port and to the airport were flawless!! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable!! Can't think of anything else. We did not eat there so we cannot speak to that.

The location was so close to the central train station and the bus station , and overlooks the canal. It was very central and scenic. The room was very comfortable and stylish. The staff were extremely helpful!
