It was one of the most reasonably priced option to stay in Venice. Even the room was a little bit old renovated it was absolutely clean. I love the high ceilings and the style of furniture they have in the rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good too especially their croissants. The location is close to the bus stop so you can leave your baggage and explore the city. The checkout time 10:30 is a little bit early but ok

I like the staffs and the temperature our room is warm as it is autumn time, it’s getting cold at night. even the room was too small for us and need to climb the stairs with my left knee that’s isn’t great but it’s ok the view of canal every morning when we wake up is great and most of all the location. The receptionist was very helpful to us when my husband was poorly with stomach bug and the cleaners as well, she’s very attentive of what we’ve asked to have some extra pillows and blanket. Toiletries are on daily supply and towels changes. Kitchen staff are considerate. Location is excellent with the access of everything. We have a bus from airport return and it’s very easy even we arrived at 7pm. We took a train to Treviso, verona & lake garda and it was 5 mins walk. Water bus is just 3 mins walk. Checked in other building was easy too. Everything with what we experienced it was very good. ? ? Room was too small for us and bed too but it was compromised with view and locations.

All the staff were very nice and helpful… The breakfast was sufficient enough. The location was good although a busy area. worn carpets and furniture on the first impressions is not the best selling point - or to ease one in to a relaxed stay… a fairly run down looking and would be lively to see it looked after sympathetically Having read reviews prior to visit, I was worried to stay however thought it best for me to see for myself! The heating wasn’t working in my room and although I I went to reception to report it - and they had someone who came to fix it (within an hour) and got it going, however it was late at this point. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was cold through the night - so I did not sleep at all, I had to add multiple additional layers of clothing…

The spare hotel was fine and clean. I never stayed at this hotel and was asked to move to another hotel close by because my room had a malfunction with the heater, apparently. I was not informed in advance. I never had this kind of experience before. I don't think I will choose to stay here again.

The stuff is very helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the train and the bus station. My room was small but with an old venician charme, just as I like it. Breakfast is good. A nice stay for an affordable price. I will definitely come back.

Location & price No bar open to get a drink & you had to leave the hotel & walk around the corner to another building to get the breakfast that we had paid for in the price.

I think this hotel is not rated fairly, its historical vibe is really cool. People are mistaking vintage for unclean. But I didn’t notice any hygienic problems. It felt kind of chic in a plushy way and comfy. I also thought the breakfast was fun. A sandwich toaster! Different kinds of cake. Kids would love it.
