The room was clean, the location is great right next to the Grand Canal, only the rooms are old, the bed was not very comfortable, the staff was very polite and helpful, I left my luggage and they took care of it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive about this property except the location. Bed bugs, robbery, blackmail by staff Avoid this place like a plague. On the first night we were woken up to bedbug bites. The man who worked at the reception desk was not able to solve the problem on his own. After the long wait in the middle of the night, we were transferred to a room only a few feet away from the first one. Of course, this room was infested by bedbugs as well because once they are inside a property, they are everywhere. In the morning we demanded a new room and refused to stay in that building. They moved us to a room in their hotel next door but that didn’t help much as our holiday had already been ruined. Now all we were thinking about were bed bugs and if we would take them home with us. When we addressed them about the refund for the previous night, again, the reception desk was incapable of doing anything. Every single guest we encountered there had some kind of a problem they had to solve. Another red flag. We had to wait for the manager who showed up later that day. The man who claimed to be a manager was dressed as if he had just come off the street, very unprofessional attire and attitude. It was obvious that he was used to these kinds of situations. He showed no regret, no apologies were made. He had a speech for us already prepared, it was sad to watch him. And he was so shameless that he insinuated that we were the ones who brought the bedbugs. We could not believe our ears and eyes. We demanded our money back for the first night due to bed bugs, which we were entitled to, but the “manager” blackmailed us. He gave us a ridiculous hand written statement saying that he would make a refund only if we didn’t leave a bad review and mention bedbugs and everything else. On top of everything, they stole our money. They never refunded the money for our friend's room that was cancelled long before our arrival. This place is so run down that the only way they can make money is this way – by lying, cheating and blackmailing.

This is def a 1 or 2 star hotel, very old and small rooms ! Don’t expect much ! Can be disappointing

I had a room with Canal View. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks again for this experience. The bathroom and bed sheds were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. It is very close to the bus station of Venice. Supermarket, fast food and restaurants/ pubs, everything close by. The interior needs a wall painting and a new wardrobe.

Had a view to the main channel enjoyed it very match.

It is substandard for a 3 star in Italy.
