The staff was the most pleasant in our time in Italy. They went out of their way in saying hello, caring for our family. It is really the small details, they remembered our breakfast drink order by the second day. The location has a great view. The hotel is new in that it is a former church and monastery from the 1200s that they made into a hotel in 2021. No complaints.

Words barely do this place justice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary hotel — every detail speaks to quiet luxury, impeccable comfort, and genuinely heartfelt service. A special mention to Ivan at the concierge desk, whose attentiveness and care elevated our stay beyond anything we could have anticipated. Tucked away from the tourist crowds, this is Venice at its most refined. The breakfast alone is worth the visit — an extraordinary spread that caters to every taste. A true hidden jewel. Everything was exceptional.

amazing location, great views the front of the lobbies and the rooms were very quiet as well as as well appointed and spacious The staff was very accommodating and made sure that my wife’s birthday was taken care of wonderfully The bar prices and breakfast prices are a bit exorbitant, but I guess that comes with a territory when you’re staying on the Canal Venice The cocktail prices and breakfast prices were a bit outrageous

We had an excellent stay at Ca’ di Dio. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is very professional and accommodating. They arranged a water taxi to and from the train station which worked perfectly. The Christmas decorations were very lovely. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The bar is a must visit. We will gladly stay there again. Everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Ca’ di Dio – VRetreats. The room was beautifully designed, very spacious, and exceptionally clean. I loved the amenities in the washroom, and I truly appreciated that the team kindly accepted my late check-out request so my mom could have the room to pray — a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The location is lovely — about a 20-minute walk to the center, but the walk itself is beautiful with charming restaurants along the way. Their meet-and-greet service was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first time in Venice. The breakfast was exceptional. Even though we missed the buffet time, the staff went above and beyond to serve us with warmth and generosity. Overall, a truly memorable experience — thank you for making our short stay so comfortable and special. Nothing
