Very nice and clean They don’t have elevator

Location was very convenient. The rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful with arranging the water taxi from the airport to the hotel and then the concierge met us at the dock to help with our luggage. The Doge Palace was a short 8-10 minute walk. Rooms were a little small but nice

Air conditioning was not on first two nights and on for last two nights. Many mosquitoes because had windows open first two nights with no ac.

The breakfast is simple and nice. Able to heat up the breads and croissants which made the meals more delicious. Coffee is nice. The receptionist guy and the lady working in the breakfast room are friendly and helpful. Have to walk a little bit from St Mark's Square.

Beautiful and nice room! Staff were great and helpful! Construction! We knew this was possible since we came in December just sucked our window opened into construction!

Location was perfect!. Stayed in the annex building, the only thing I didn’t like is I have a top floor and there was no elevator, but they did help with the suitcases. The staff at the front desk was quite nice accommodating and breakfast was great. The fact that didn’t have an elevator

The property is in a perfect location. It’s close enough to all the main attractions and the boats, but far enough away that you don’t feel overwhelmed. We had breakfast one day of our stay and it was great value for the money, good enough variety, clean tables and friendly staff. The property had originally said they’d help us with a taxi/pickup/ tour and then they never followed through and it did not feel like they wanted to put an effort to that. The staff working nights Radu- was very helpful and he helped us navigate getting to the airport.

Super close to Saint Marks Square, the water taxi, gondola rides, etc… Pillows were a little hard but location made it worth it.

the shower being outside the bathroom and being transparent for a 3 person room. that was so awkward

Loved our stay at Nuovo Teson. The facilities were really nice. Property seem recently renovated. Staff were very friendly. 3 minutes walk from the ferry station and close walking distance to all major attractions in Venice
